One of six individually designed apartments set within in a traditional Regency building in Royal Leamington Spa. This 5 star standard studio apartment with free parking is an easy 10 minutes walk from the centre of Leamington Spa with it's many cafes, bars, delis and restaurants.



The Space:

This stunning studio apartment is located on the lower ground floor level and has a private entrance and patio. Although classed as a studio, it is roomy and has a separate single bedroom and a further sleeping area with a double bed, just off the living/kitchen area. The studio can sleep up to three guests in the double bed and single bed. This accommodation is ideally suited to a single business travellers or a small family / group of 3 friends.



The apartment has a living room with space for seating and dining as well as a  full kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and a separate washing machine.  There is also a communal drier in the main building.  The bathroom has a walk in shower.



Free parking is available on the street outside with a few spaces to the rear of the building.



The apartments are suitable for both tourists and business travellers and are a popular choice for those visiting Warwick University, and also contractors working at Jaguar Landrover, Aston Martin, Wolsley, Rangemaster, Severn Trent Water and many more.

The Neighborhood:

Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful and prosperous town located in the heart of Warwickshire. With a current population of around 50,000, the town’s growth was largely due to the natural spa springs that were discovered and commercialised in the nineteenth century.



The apartment is located just south of the town centre and is a perfect base for exploring the town itself as well as the neighbouring Shakespearean cities of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.



With a town centre of around a third of a mile square, getting around Royal Leamington Spa couldn’t be easier. All areas of the town centre are easily accessed on foot within a ten minute walk, which is a great way to appreciate the stunning Regency architecture.



There are many tours and trails available in Leamington; whether you are interested in architecture, art, horticulture or the quirkier side of the town’s history.



Getting Around:

The apartment is a short walk from Leamington Spa train station and 10 minutes walk to the town centre.
