Lost Access Cards or Room Keys

**Additional Guest access card issuance requires a deposit of 3,000 pesos and an issuance fee of 350 pesos.** (One is provided as standard)

**Lost card/key = ₱3,500 penalty (paid to management office with our manager)**

The access card can be reissued at the building’s administration office.
