Peaceful stay, convenient location.

This was my favorite property of all the ones I stayed at in Hawaii. Absolutely beautiful room and location. The host was excellent in every way. Highly recommend this property!

Great studio, perfect if you are going to be out and about enjoying the beauty of Hawaii. If you need a full kitchen rent the larger suite. Perfect if you are doing simple one pot meals and enjoying the excellent dining options down on the pier. Excellent host! Made our first experience with Vrbro excellent. I would not hesitate to rent from this host in the future.

Isaac was very friendly and accimodating. The room was airy, but still with privacy. The neihborhood was quiet at night and the property was next to a jungle section, so it was very quiet. The open nature of the room allowed it to be cool enough to sleep with the fans going. Overall a good experience.

The room was wonderful and in a great location. It was very easy to book and Isaac was very attentive.

Very nice accommodation with everything needed carefully though out, comfortable bed, and overall very spacious. Location was impeccable for all activities around Kona. Finally, host was extremely helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely incredible! Great location, easy parking, and beautiful property. There is no ac but there are mesh screens and fans that keep you cool at night!

Great host, very patient and flexible. Place is close to Kahaluu beach park and short drive to great beaches and snorkeling. The place is clean and all amenities are en suite. Get some coins for laundry and don't fret over the occasional cockroach which might make it's way in, given you are super close to nature. Partial water views, no AC but private and had an amazing time.

Staying here felt like waking up in a tropical dream. The open-air design allowed the fragrant Kona breezes to flow through perfectly, and we loved being serenaded by the sounds of birds and coqui frogs at night. The one-bedroom layout was intimate yet felt incredibly spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely a lovely place to stay in Kona. 1 black from the coast, open and airy room. Wake up to nature, crash of the waves and birds chirping outside of the enclosed room. Seems to have two beautiful resident ducks, some chickens and an orange tabby cat lounging around outside the property enjoying the grounds themselves. The entire room (Queen #4) is screened in. As you walk through the door you meet the ocean breeze and fall asleep to the music of nature. Clean property and room, amenities were great (beach, coolers snorkel gear, flippers, etc) all included with the rental. There are curtains if you don’t like the breeze, but we visited mid-February and the weather was perfect. Isaac is a wonderful host and provided us with local spots, beaches, restaurants and charters for us to visit while we were in town. If we ever come back to the Big Island, we will for sure put Isaac’s place on our list to visit and will tell our family and friends about this property as well! Mahalo

Everything was as expected. Clean, comfortable, good communication with host, nice location.

The property and the host (Isaac) exceeded our expectations!! Our open-air, 2nd floor, screened- in room, gave off luxurious treehouse vibes, surrounded by palm trees, other tropical vegetation and sounds of nature. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect location – a few miles away from all the hubbub, but close enough for convenience. Isaac does a great job providing a sharing environment, supplying items that you may have forgotten, or chose not to bring such as snorkeling, equipment, beach chairs, sunscreen, disposable rain ponchos and much, much more. We found some items useful during our stay and then contributed a few items when we checked out. Great program! The “tropical treehouse” was fun and practicable, with all of the included room amenities; microwave, 1-burner induction cooktop, cutting board, toaster and all of the dishes, cookware, and such. It was just perfect for our wants and needs! If I were to return to the island, this is where I would want to stay again, easiest check in and check out I’ve ever seen.

The host was really great and super responsive. The accommodations were perfect for our trip. We just started getting used to the wonderful tropical breeze and will now go back home to a furnace. We'll need back!

Isaac was very helpful! Texted us some great ideas for restaurants, shopping, sight seeing etc when we arrived. We loved our open-air room, it was very comfortable and unique. Other guests were friendly, Isaac sets a great tone for sharing.

Isaac is a superb host! Guest studio was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Location is fantastic - we flew to Kona with folding bicycles, did not rent a car and spent 2 fabulous weeks as Issac’s guests.

We could see a bit of the ocean from the chairs by the window. We could definitely hear the ocean at night which was a real treat.

The space was lovely and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the use of snorkeling gear, water shoes beach chairs and umbrellas. A short walk to great beaches and a quick drive to restaurants and activities. Isaac was prompt and helpful.

Awesome, clean, great location. Isaac is a great host, we enjoyed all his recommendations. Magic Sands Beach which is a very short walk was definately our favorite beach in Hawaii.

Beautiful place and view was perfect

A lovely bedroom with good light, comfy chairs, decent bathroom, no real kitchenette though you can cobble together self catering with what’s provided. Snorkeling and beach gear provided!

Isaac was super responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and he gave us supportive advice. Being at this island for the first time this was so helpful! We also felt comfortable at the place and slept well. The animals living in the back yard do give it a special touch.

Isaac was an incredible host!! Very informative and accommodating. The property was super fun and had everything that we needed. Our studio had screened walls and the birds/frogs were super loud a few nights but there were ear plugs available in the community supplies area. All the rooms that we peeked into were beautiful and I'd totally go back and stay in any of the rooms at Palm Hale.

I enjoyed absolutely everything!

Really a motel room. House divided into 4 or 5 rooms with baths. The picture appears to show a balcony, but there is none. Best thing was the sound of the ocean at night. Gives you a really peaceful sleep.

We really liked the location and the size of the studio. It’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of two beaches. Isaac was really nice and very helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apparment is small, but so close to great snorkeling, that is easily within walking distance. You can see the ocean, but over the roof top of a near-by house. There are other rental properties surrounding you, so depending on who may be renting, that noise level could vary. Quiet during our stay and the host, Issacs was very helpful.

Ideally located between Kona and Keahou, with easy walking to both Magic Sands and Kahalulu beaches. Room is traditional style (screened) studio and very comfortable. Various water gear, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, wetsuits available to borrow. Overall, great value!
