Stayed Jun 16, 2024Very tastefully furnished apartment with many thoughtful extras (from charging cable to coffee capsules and towel slide); central location with a view over the canal (where there is a very good supermarket and free parking directly on the other side); very friendly and helpful landlord with lots of tips for excursions.

Stayed May 10, 2024We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful place in the heart of Dokkum. Our Host, Mient was very responsive to messaging; so accommodating; and very happy to assist us with planning activities and he gave great advice. Though we only spent one full day in Dokkum, it was a great day! We also visited so many other Friesian Towns from this home base. We participated in the Elfstedentocht, which was great fun. Dokkum was a stop on the route. The historic home was very nicely renovated and comfortable. All amenties were considered here. We even had a bottle of wine, and a couple of beers awaiting our arrival. I would most definitely recommend this great accommodation to anyone wishing to visit this part of the Netherlands. I would certainly love to stay here again if I ever find myself in Friesland in the future

Stayed Apr 28, 2024De Koesfabriek is perfectly located in the vicinity of the beautiful town of Dokkum. The host Mient is very friendly and open to provide help. The appartment is very unique in style, tastefully decorated and we did not miss anything. Dokkum offers perfect opportunities to visit near-by located places like Wierum, Ameland seashore or Leeuwarden. Dokkum and De Koesfabriek - a place to come back. W.

Stayed Apr 27, 2023The property is well equipped. Scrupulously clean and in a great location. The owners are proud of their property and are easy to deal with. Staying here is very highly recommended.
