    The condo was very nice and exactly how it was described. We think it it a great option IF you don’t mind lugging your luggage up the stairs or climbing another set of steps to the top bedroom. In addition, you do have to put up with music in the mornings coming from the downstairs spin cycle place. Also it was sparsely stocked in the kitchen. That could be improved upon.

    They were very transparent about the noise situation, but honestly it's not even bad. You cam definitely tune it out. And it wasn't every day, only some. We could not of been happier with our stay! EVERYTHING WAS NEAR BY, it felt super safe, there aren't enough great things to say. The property managers were SUPER AMAZING, anything we needed, they were available to help. So so happy, would absolutely be back!

    Great location, just a quick Uber ride to any bar or restaurant! The spin classes next door every morning weren’t the best, especially when you wanted to sleep a few more minutes! BUT, not a deal breaker! We really enjoyed our stay!

    This property is ideally situated in 12 south. We love the location, being able to walk for coffee and meals. We also enjoyed just heading out the door for a walk. So many lovely options to start my day. The management team was easy to work with. They helped accommodate my need for an early check in. My only comment is that this unit has a sofa sleeper. The lights on the upper deck stay on all night for security which really illuminates the living space where the sofa sleeper is, making it hard for someone to sleep on that sofa.
