Stayed Mar 29, 2025The property was okay, it was clean looking. The bed dips in the middle with two people. I would have slept on the couch but there were no extra blankets and the bed only had one.Only one towel in the bathroom and no hand towel was provided. Had to share one towel with two people.It was okay…good location but no sleep due to the bed and it was just uncomfortable.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Cute condo in Old Homosassa, a little off the beaten path and close to all the area restaurants and activities. The unit was clean and had everything you'd need (other than shampoo and bath soap, which I always pack). This was our first time using vrbo and it was a very pleasant experience. Our host, Sam, was great and we look forward to a return visit.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Small but nice! Clean! Had to buy some of our own items like TPaper, hangers. Not happy with tv and no instructions on heater, tv or garbage day, but finally figured it out! Never met the manager! Nice to have the washer and dryer available.

Stayed Nov 30, 2024We loved our stay in Homosassa. The unit was cozy and comfy. It was chilly in the area, but the heater worked to keep us warm. There was an electric fireplace on the wall, but we couldn't get it to work. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable

Stayed Nov 3, 2024The rental was fine and was great for dogs. Price was good. Wish it was closer to our water activities. Also no Spectrum tv so we couldn’t watch any sports.
