DESCRIPTION:

The apartment Kaia is a spacious accommodation which has just been totally refurbished during the spring 2015. Kaia is located on the third floor of a building with a lift situated at the very heart of the Old Town and it offers a large open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, three double bedrooms, there fully fitted bathrooms and a cosy sitting room, which could be considered a fourth bedroom as it has a comfortable sofa-bed. The apartment Kaia offers tasteful and at the same time unpretentious decoration but with all kind of modern comforts to ensure that youll enjoy a fabulous stay.

From the entrance hall it can be appreciated how much space this apartment offers. First, we find a fully fitted bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, and next to it the main bedroom, where there is a king size bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, again equipped with a shower cubicle. The heart of the apartment is occupied by the large daytime area divided into two different zones. On the one hand, the lounge and the kitchenette with a breakfast bar and on the other, the dining area where there is a large table and chairs, where youll be able to enjoy delicious dinners. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa and a relax armchair situated next to the balcony over the street. The kitchen at Kaia is perfectly equipped with high quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware so you wont miss anything during your break. Next to the lounge we find the other two double bedrooms, both fitted with two single beds and a large wardrobe each, and a cosy sitting room where there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a small balcony over the street and a flat screen TV set. There is a third bathroom in this area of the apartment as well and its also fitted with a large shower cubicle and a big washbasin. The apartment Kaia also offers Wi-Fi Internet system and the possibility to rent a parking space at a car park situated just a few minutes away. Thanks to its location, at the very heart of the Old Town full of bars and restaurants and by La Concha Beach, and because of its equipment, the holiday accommodation Kaia is the perfect solution for those looking to enjoy San Sebastian from the inside.

    Fantastic apartment that was even better than it looked in the photos. Great location with plenty of room for visitors. I’m going back next year!
