Stayed Jul 11, 20251) They made up a grossly high exchange rate and charged me well above the quoted price.2) One day, the entire apartment flooded damaging some of our clothes3) Another day the power was out all day4) The entire place is still under construction. So there is constant noise and loose rusty nails by the mini pool controls which my fiancé cut herself on5) The dishwasher doesn’t workI’ve never had a bad vrbo experience before, but this was so atrocious I had to warn others. There are so many better options in Tulum
