Island Views at Surf Beach

The location was great

Great location and comfortable apartment.

Good cleanliness. Highlight was the balcony and view. Two minute walk to beautiful beach. Good secure areas for dogs. Away from the hustle and bustle of Cowes. Dark and quiet at nighttime. I liked the open plan upstairs and 3 doors opening to the balcony for breezes!

Great spot with a nice view of the sea and farmland. We had a lovely stay with our dog. Thank you

Lovely light open space in a great spot - highly recommend walking down to the pizza and coffee trucks at the end of the road then watch the sun set at surf beach.

Uncomplicated stay all round. Communication good and accommodation great for the price.

We had a lovely time exploring Phillip Island.The views from the balcony were lovely, great to sit outside with a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

The location is great and the unit is just perfect for a couple with a dog or two holidaying. The owner/property manager was very helpful too.

Had a wonderful time staying here, the shower downstairs was very convenient for getting sand off before entering the main area upstairs and the hosts were helpful and responded promptly to queries.

The view is wonderful as is the aircon. However - the property was not clean. Shower curtain had mould on the bottom of it. There was a hand wash in bathroom that was empty. Power socket in bathroom was blocked over so it couldn’t be used. Property states a washer but no power socket to use it. In the corner of bathroom near the toilet there was a pile of grime. There was no space in kitchen to put food that didn’t need fridge. The dishwashing liquid was so watered down it did nothing to wash dishes. Salt shaker on kitchen bench was actually empty No condiments except a bottle of almost empty cooking oil under the sink. When the sun shon on the floor near the bed you could see dirty marks. The doona was covered with a sheet instead of a doona cover. The cleaning cupboard downstairs was horrible and not filled with professional cleaning products or equipment. I booked 4 nights but left after 3 nights due to all above issues. Would never recommend this property to anyone. So disappointing

For a dog friendly pad on the Island in walking distance to the jaw dropping Surf Beach - this is a perfect little getaway. It's a large studio with a lovely balcony overlooking the still waters of the bay and has a little enclosed area for dogs to roam. While fairly basic, it has everything you need for a relaxed beach stay. Air-con was fab on the 40 degree day, and was cosy in the evenings when it got cold. When we booked however, we didn't know that the studio was actually the garage area of a bigger property, and that other guests would be staying in the main house. Not a deal breaker by any means, but something that made us feel a little less comfortable using the balcony etc when the other guests were around (they were in very easy view and vice versa).

Good little place to stay.close to every thing we needed for the weekend.loved the view of the water and the nice green hills. Plants entering the gates and front door need a good trim.Place was very clean. We injoyed the stay..thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and a lovely view across to Churchill Island. The late check out was a great bonus!
