Stayed Oct 17, 2025Property was as described. Good location to get around NOLA. The host commented on the stairs. He is correct. Very steep. Not easy for night time bathroom runs, as bathrooms are on 1st floor.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025as advertised. some initial problem with punchpad, have had easier ones . some condition issues, loose door handle is minor. top 3 steps up to unit seem to slant backward making it awkward to negotiate luggage and self

Stayed Oct 26, 2024The place is good. Further north/away from the river toward magazine street gets nicer. Right along the river and the Walmart right there is pretty industrial, so you’ll want to stay north. The neighborhood that direction is great. The place has good AC and is comfortable. No washing machine, no dishwasher, 1.5 bathrooms right next to each other downstairs that open onto the living area (one of them has a fan). Plates and glasses are provided. The bedroom curtains don’t block much light, so light pours in with sunrise. Coffee is about 10/15 min walk away, and there are great places on magazine street really close.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Great location for everything we had to do on our trip; close to where I had to be (NAS) and close to all the fun for my fiancé and her family. Host was communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town. Clean, safe, cute decor, and had everything we needed.

Stayed May 23, 2024Cute place with charm and character. Great sandwich shop Turkey and the Wolf is just a few blocks away and Magazine Street felt very walkable. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1.5 bathrooms downstairs, and a comfortable living room/small kitchen area. Very clean. Owners were very responsible and incredibly easy to work with. (Way different -and better- than dealing with the companies like Sonder, etc.) we enjoyed our stay!
