This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and microwave, private safe,internal laundry with a front loader washing machineand dryer, single lock up garage and 1 open car space for a 2nd car or small boat.

The crystal blue waters of Shoal Bay are just 100 metres away, without a road to cross. Or, a 5 minute walk brings you to the picturesque, toddler friendly shores of Little Beach and adjacent boat ramp. Even during the busiest of times the parkland setting is quiet, secluded and home to a colourful collection of birds.

The myriad of shops, cafes and restaurants in Nelson and Shoal Bays are well within walking distance or for the enthused cyclist the location is ideal with access to the nearby Nelson Bay to Fingal Bay Cycleway .

The unit was tastefully renovated in 2016, painted internally, new kitchen, curtains, furniture, soft furnishings, appliances, plantation shutters and artwork. Renovated again in 2020: new carpet throughout, new bathroom, toilet and laundry.

    Great location, has everything you need in the kitchen. But no air conditioner, which is definitely needed in summer. There are fans everywhere though.

    Perfect location being so close to the beach and between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. Fairly comfortable, older style unit. Having a car space and a garage to keep our bikes in was great. No wifi and only free TV channels were expected. It provided space for playing games instead.We’d recommend increasing supplies of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and perhaps salt, pepper and some tea and coffee would be nice. One roll of toilet paper was far from expected for a family of 5 staying for a week! Kitchen supplies were good but would benefit from better cleaning. The place may need a new kettle as the old one is rusty inside and unpleasant to see. We could not use it. A couple of heaters were useful during colder nights in early October. Next time, we would not ask for linen as it is just sheets and a pillow case per bed.

    This property was very comfortable. Renovated bathroom and kitchen which was well stocked, but could do with extra cutlery. New bedding, lamps and furniture. Easy access to Little and Shoal Bay beaches. We would definitely stay here again

    This unit on the top floor has stunning views, something we are very particular about when choosing a place to stay. It is clean and renovated very nicely. Opposite the Caravan Park but it was not noisy at all. We will most definitely be back to stay here again.
