Inn On 8th, Suite C - In the Heart of Town

Horrible location, extremely loud. Sounded like we were sleeping in someones basement with the ceiling about to cave in. Checked out a day early as well because the family felt unsafe.

Can’t beat location of this property. We loved it being directly in town. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a restaurant in the same building that appears to be open until 2 AM. Noise from that place on night one was not awesome. The next night was quieter. The location is amazing. Conveniently right there by all the main shops. They do offer earplugs Via a little jar of them. Location alone was worth it. Next time I would probably bring a speaker or something to have some white noise to drown out the restaurant/bar. The owner was quick to communicate and very nice.

Everything was great. It is the closest to town you can get! super safe. Car parking is right there. They provided ear plugs but we didn't need them. I heard some music one night, but nothing bothersome.

The ambient noise was horrible from the boiler behind the door and the kitchen or restaurant upstairs. They provide ear plugs but still wasn't able to sleep the whole weekend. The good parts the location is amazing and parking is nice and private really close to walking trails and all sorts of shopping and restaurants. It's a cute little place everything was clean proper.

Right in town, no parking problems. Nice little apt.,shares walls, ceiling, floor, with other units, and restaurant, which is loud from 9:30pm --11:45pm from closing crew.

The location of this place was amazing and leavenworth is a great place to visit. The unit itself was fairly spacious and the pullout couch was probably the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever seen. However, the price was extremely high for what you get for it...and at times, the unit upstairs was quite noisy (but mostly when the other renters were walking in through the shared entry way). If noise is an issue for you, this may be a concern. Management company for this unit was quite responsive....which isnt always true for VRBOs in my experience.

It was perfect! Great little getaway spot and the location is amazing and bed was super comfortable.

The instructions for check in and out were clear and easy to follow. The place was great for our purpose. You can hear noise from the bar next door, however, ear plugs were provided. It was a great location and I would stay here again.

Clean and easy access to downtown Leavenworth. Parking spot directly outside of suite. Some significant drawbacks to this location is while being on the ground level - there was no screen in the window (making it not feel the safest) because the owner asks to not turn down the AC unit past 71 F.

We loved our stay at Inn on 8th. It was so close to all the lovely shops and restaurants with fantastic views. It was an incredible couple days in Leavenworth!

The property was as described, love that we were in town and able to walk to shops and restaurants and the river. There was some noise at night, but it did not bother us, and they did leave earplugs for those it would bother! We would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Everything was as pictured and described. Very clean and well organized. Convenient location and everything we needed for a few nights.

It was interesting, driving into a back alley to find our spot for the week. The ceilings are low, the bathroom is functional but tiny, and there is only a microwave. It was very considerate of the hosts to provide earplugs, as the bar next door plays the bass loudly and continues into the night.

Nice cozy apartment very close to the Main Street in Leavenworth. Worked great for our family of 3.

This place was great for our short stay in Leavenworth. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room as we were out and about exploring. Centrally located so you can walk to everything. We didn’t have any trouble with the noise from the bar above but we are sound sleepers. No views so you should consider that if it’s important to you. Great price and staff extremely responsive to our questions about checkin, etc.

Very comfortable stay, we were only there one night, but everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the artwork on the walls!

Easy booking, quaint and quiet place right in the heart of downtown. Very minimal noise in the evenings, even though there is a bar near by. Host was easy to get ahold of and was polite and professional. We would 10/10 recommend and will consider staying again.

A very nice studio located right in the heart of Leavenworth. It's a quick walk to everything on Front street. There's a bar next door, so use the supplied earplugs if sensitive to noise, but it was not overly loud. Definitely read to arrival directions as gps will not get proper directions to the parking spot.

Very clean and easy to get any where. Hosts provide ear plugs, there is a night club close by. Didn't affect our sleep at all. Great value!

We loved our stay at 8th st. The location was amazing and having a parking spot downtown was very helpful. The unit is EXTREMELY noisy- and we were constantly bombarded with doors shutting, feet pitter pattering upstairs and loud noises. The walls are very thin- so if noise bothers you this isn’t the place for you

Don’t think twice booking this unit. Make sure to read the description because there is definitely noise from the next-door businesses (opening and closing doors, etc) but that is far outweighed by this perfectly convenient and cozy unit. It has everything you would ever need. We’ll be back!

Met expectations, was clean and very convenient location- Leavenworth sites were only steps away. Listing was accurate, actually quieter than we expected. Mattress was just right. Parking right in front of suite was great. Just a bit hard to find , as there was a UPS vehicle blocking the alley way, and the only other way in was the street marked no vehicles, but we were able to drive in anyway Not the fault of the owners, though.

Everything was excellent with exception of the check in. We spent about a half hour trying to check in from the 8th street entrance, and didn't know we were trying to get into the wrong unit. After much communication from your contact person, my husband walked around the building to find there was the entrance to unit C. What a cute little place to stay. Loved it! We will stay again if we make plans to go to Leavenworth in the future. Thank you!

This location was seconds away from every Leavenworth attraction. We had a great time, shopping and dining and then dropping off our packages at the room. It was well appointed with a comfortable bed and included parking!!

Perfect accommodations for 2 adults mid-week visit. Easy access to town, walk to shops and restaurants. Great communication with host.

Cannot beat the location. It’s just off the main walking flow so it’s quiet. As other reviewers have said there is noise from the shared entry way. But it’s not too bad. If you have mobility issues this may not work for you. The bed is very low to the ground. Maybe 2’ from floor to top of mattress.

Place is in good location downtown near everything. Very unhappy with the TV. Kids had a long day and we were looking forward to watching a movie before bed. It would load our netflix account and then say it had a problem with trying to watch movies, same with prime. Finally gave up.

The space was as described. Yes, it was a bit noisy, but that was mentioned on the description so I was okay with it. They had ear plugs available which was great. But we loved the space, especially the closeness to everything in town! We didn't want to have to worry about driving for meals or to explore downtown, so it was an amazing option for us to simply walk out of the door for everything!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were in town to float the river, shop and just hang out around downtown. This place is perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
