Industrial Old Town Bungalow w/ Free Cruiser Bikes

Perfect location and easy access. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable. I would suggest an inside mat for winter boots. It would be helpful to have a sign on the back alley so it is obvious where the back gate is.

Host was extremely communicative and helpful before, during, and after my stay. Property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown.

We loved being able to have our dogs stay with us and walk them in Martinez Park two blocks away.

I had trouble figuring out where i was supposed to park...tried to find a way to the back if the house. Found it on the second go around.

Studio above garage was very satisfying. Kitchen had everything I needed and more. Oils, coffee, tea, even honey! Bed was great. Very quiet neighborhood near poudre trail.

It's a cute place, but it's a tight space. The landlord was friendly. It was expensive, but it was a parent's weekend at the college, so that could be the going rate. There's little room for luggage and belongings, so a suitcase rack would be helpful. Prior guests had left trash under the cupboard, which was strange. We just realized it when we were checking out. Some bees were in the bathroom, maybe getting in from a vent? Overall, nice but small space.

Old Town Bungalow was just as expected! Check in and check out process was an ease, great directions and awesome communication with the host. By far the easiest trip I’ve booked! Very clean, super cute and just as the pictures showed. I did not have a chance to take the cruiser bike out but already mentally planning another trip! The weather was also in my favor which made the trip even better. Thank you for making this trip a breeze.

3 day biking /exploring trip in Ft. Collins. The room is very well setup and clean. Parking was especailly easy. Great access to downtown. She had severallocal magazines on events. Our host told us local places to visit. She evened offered to fix my bike after I experienced a small problem!!! Fanstatic experience all around. We will certainly use this location AGAIN. !!!

Loved the location and had everything I needed for a week long stay. The neighborhood is super cute and close to Old Town. Having the bike to use was nice.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom, loved the bikes, close to eateries, walked or biked everywhere! Nice kitchen just no oven or dishwasher, but we weren’t planning on cooking meals. Perfect air conditioning unit for warm summer nights. Only thing for me that I would add would be black out shades, that morning sun is intense.

Clean, had all the amenities we needed, pet friendly. The only thing that they may want to try is getting an AC unit that isn't so noisy. We made do, just took a bit to get used to. Highly recommend.

The Vrbo website stated one room with fold out couch and it was a studio with twin blow up. Expectation was different than reality AND we made it work and had a nice time

This was a quiet, well-decorated and well-equiped studio, which provided everything we needed for making meals and settling in comfortably. The studio is very close to Lee Martinez Park, the Pourdre River Trail and Old Town FoCo. We also appreciated excellent and timely communications from Stacy, the property manager.

Darling above garage space. Off street/ alley parking fit our 4 door 1 ton pickup. Enjoyed the balcony & neighborhood. Alley neighbors were very friendly. Stacy was great with communication through text. I walked the peaceful, quiet neighborhood & enjoyed seeing the beautiful old cottage homes & perennial gardens. Thank You for the stay.
