In Town Studio Apartment

This studio apartment was perfect for our stay.

The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to get anywhere you want to be in the area. The only thing I would say is as it pertains to amenities would be it would be nice to have a full length mirror. Other than that, everything was very well appointed and we enjoyed our stay! Ali is very responsive and helpful!

Cozy studio apartment! Has all your needs. Just be aware this is the bottom unit & you can hear footsteps from above if you’re a light sleeper.

Great Stay!

Close to everything in Highlands. Easy drive to quite a few waterfalls on 64. The property location was perfect for all we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful time in Highlands and this was a great place to stay! Located just outside of town, its only minutes to several great restaurants. We also found some really great hikes near by. We loved how private it felt. Would definitely stay again!

We stay here every time we visit Highlands NC because it never disappoints! The location is perfect, everything needed is provided and Ali is a great host. We hope to return in a few weeks!

This space was exactly what I was looking for in terms of a quiet cottage within walking distance to town. Only a small portion of the in-town walk was not paved, and it took less than 10 minutes to reach the restaurants/shops. The upstairs portion of the house was unoccupied, making it feel like I had the place to myself. Spacious bathroom, full kitchen, comfortable bed. Very pleased with this stay.

Despite the rain I had a very good time. The studio was cozy and the location excellent.

Stayed here last year for several nights and returned this year for 2 weeks. Nice quiet apartment with all the amenities. We hope to return again next year!

We have stayed at Ali’s place many, many times over the years. It never fails to be the perfect spot! It’s a short walk to Main Street (tho no sidewalk) so location is terrific. Ali provides everything needed. The value for the dollar cannot be beat! We hope to return very soon! It’s our happy place!
