Stayed Jan 24, 2025Great location right on the beach garden and pool well looked after. Apartment has fast Wi-Fi if you need to work from there . Parking at the door Nice balcony to enjoy the sunrise

Stayed Nov 30, 2022Just coming to the end of my 90 stay here in Mojacar and I’ve loved every minute of it sorry to be going back to the uk,but I’ll be back?Our appartment was in Rio Abajo right on the beach,just perfect in everything?Bus stop right outside the appartment plus the transfer bus stops there?Stefan the owner is brilliant,any problems and it was sorted asap,our boiler started to leak,we had a brand new one put in?The appartment is so well equipped that Stefan has thought of absolutely everything,all new crockery pots and pans cutlery bedding and towels it’s all immaculate? New modern kitchen +ensuite and main bathroom?You can look out of the windows to the sea,pool and well kepted gardens?Jose and his wife looks after the appartment are brilliant again any problems and he’s on the end of the phone,he’s also there to welcome you and show you around,and again to say goodbye?I felt so lucky to have found this appartment I feel so comfortable here and gutted to be leaving,but I will be back for another winter
