Stayed Dec 25, 2019The property was clean and very nice. Our condo was clean. Unfortunately the garbage disposal didn’t work and in one bathroom had urine on the floor by the toilet. I also thought it was kinda of tacky that there was cheap paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen was completely supplied with everything which is a big plus. The biggest problem for us was that the a/c could only be turned down to 70 degrees. With the humidity outside that was the worse!

Stayed May 4, 2026Super close to Universal (which is why we were in town). Check-in was easy, the property was relatively quiet and felt safe even late at night. VERY close to LOTS of options for food, entertainment, shopping and tourist attractions. Very much enjoyed the balcony and how peaceful it felt out there at night (until the bugs came out). The room setup was perfect with the double bathrooms. Just wish the curtains were more of a blackout style; the morning sun came into the room just a LITTLE too early considering how close we were to the park.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026The room was not locked at all when we arrived. Door was open and anyone could have access to it before we arrived. No one was around when we arrived to check in other than a security officer and he was great. No towels or wash rags. Went and purchased some to leave. Toaster oven had no pans in it or around to use it. Served it purpose to sleep and shower in. Bed was extremely hard.

Stayed May 2, 2024Very basic cooking utensils, no can opener. Hair dryer was broke, but replaced after 2 days. The whole flat needs a repaint and all fittings replaced.

Stayed Nov 25, 2020Great location with walking distance to variety of restaurants and shops, short drive to parks. Comfort of a small condo for a good price. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed Jun 27, 2020We stayed two nights and slept well! Beds were clean and supportive with soft pillows and sheets. Bathroom was clean and had great soap, shampoo, conditioner, and clean towels. The condo is on an upper floor, so you have a great view. This room is close to a fairground that is open after dark- so you can hear people screaming from a distance on the ride. However, I am a light sleeper and I still slept soundly, and before going to sleep, it provided great entertainment to watch. The WiFi is spotty and the couch isn’t one to spend a lot of time on. We did not take advantage of the additional amenities since we just needed a place to sleep, but we had a great, restful stay!

Stayed Dec 4, 2019This 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Really close to Universal $10 Uber. Nice little shop on the premises. The unit was clean and neat.
