We were visiting for a wedding and this home was spacious, clean, well equipped, and perfectly located for us. Due to our busy schedule, we had easy access to restaurants, enough shops to purchase cards and gifts, and plenty of kitchen equipment to whip up a quick breakfast.The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with and check in and check out where efficiently managed.The one thing I would note is that becsuse it's in a business district, the trash trucks run every morning very early. It can be noisy for abput 10 minutes in the back bedroom. Just something to be prepared for, We'd rent this property again without hesitation!

Great spot, great place, Definitely recommend!!

We had our blended family in this house for Thanksgiving and it was perfect- plenty of bedrooms and beds. Good living room with huge couch for movie viewing and a perfect rec room with couch so kids could watch their shows. The rec room was the best part of the house! The picture on the website do not really do it justice-bigger in person. Lots of good parking and driveway space.

We enjoyed our stay. The daily price was in line with the center city downtown location and the size of the apartment. The location was unique & perfect for our visit to historic downtown Spartanburg and the attractions we were most interested in visiting. The parking location directly behind the building is good, but no rear entrance to the upstairs property from the parking location is problematic. Perhaps add some more information on local restaurants and attractions as many VRBO owners offer. We would certainly recommend to others and may return again at some future time.
