IN FRONT OF THEME PARKS - CLOSE TO POOL , CONV CENTER , INT'L DRIVE - SUNSHINE

Our stay was comfortable and had enough amenities to enjoy! Close proximity to the theme parks and stores. It was easy to get around the area. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend, and stay again.

Highly recommend this property, especially if you’re in town to visit Universal Studios - maybe a 10 minute drive at most. Very clean, comfortable beds, has everything you need (aside from wash cloths). Conveniently located near stores, gas station, etc. quiet, clean neighborhood. Very nice community pool. Beautiful walking trail by the lake. We had one very minor issue and the host was incredibly quick to correct the issue. Great stay! Zero complaints.

We could not have been any closer to the pool, we loved that. This resort is extremely close to Epic, and very close to the other Universal parks and Citywalk. The host quickly responded and met things we requested, very accommodating. We loved easy access to the resort and plenty of parking close to this unit. Check-in was quick and simple. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend stay! The home was very nice, clean, and accommodating. Everything was just as described and made for an enjoyable trip. We would definitely stay again!

The space was wonderful for our family. The amenities were great and was able to easily cook in the kitchen. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy Orlando. It is close to Epic Universe, as far as distance, but it’s a long walk, about 30 minutes. The communication between the host and I was very good, and I did share a minor concern and she was quick to respond. Vista Cay is a very nice resort and would recommend staying.

Great unit, great location

We had a great stay and would recommend the property. It fit our needs perfectly while we were visiting for a work conference at the convention center. We have 5 women and we had plenty of space to spread out and work.

Great location for shopping and Epic Universe. Great space for our family of 5! Parking and check-in were convenient.

Overall the house was good. The cleanliness could have been better. Kitchen pans had food stuck all over them and there was small ants crawling on the counter tops. The kitchen was limited on cooking essentials for a larger group of people. Location was nice had good bit of places all within walking distance.

Overall, we were very pleased with your property. Great location, pleasing decor, online pictures matched the property.Consider replacing the living room couch.Recommend having Ana (the properly manager) include directions (After entering the code, go through the gate, turn right, and drive straight ahead to our building.) The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating was because the price was significantly more (double in 1 case) of what other families of our Club volleyball team paid for 7-day stays.

Great location very close to the pool. Room was great. Property was very strict when it came to items and cups you could take to the pool.

What a great vacation we had which was only enhanced by this wonderful property. The grounds are manicured, and all the staff was extremely friendly. The pool was just perfect and not crowded so easy to relax. AS far as the home it is on point with the description and very well kept. All the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We could not have asked for a better location with being only a quick mile from Epic Universe. We will defiantly rent out this property again as it is the best we have stayed at during our vacations. Thank you again for sharing your home to make our trip special.

We had a great stay and loved the location of our unit. I had booked for the close proximity to the pool amenities and was a little sad to find out the pool closest to us was closed for renovations. Luckily there was a second pool area that was great. It would have been nice to know about the renovations though. Overall the stay was great and we were very satisfied with the unit we stayed in.

Great 3 bedroom condo. Located on ground level, so no stairs for those concerned. About a 30 second walk to main pool and 5 min walk to other pool. Walgreens and a small micro brewery within 2 min walk. Parking is free and easy. Pets are welcomed as our bed sheets had little dog hairs on them. This was the only reason why I gave it 4 stars for cleaning. Publix is very close by. You need a vehicle to get around. It was quiet at night and very safe.

Our family had a great time, enjoyed the far pool while the pool next door is under renovation. Clean and well organized home, would stay here again!

We were so grateful to have somewhere close to both Dinsey and Universal for our family vacation. Everything in the unit was very nice, the location was great, and it was so easy for our large family. The kids loved it and so did we! Ana was extremely responsive. The unit was very clean! Will stay again.

We had a phenomenal stay at the property on a family trip to Orlando. It was easily accessible and communication with management was clear. The property had all the needed amenities and was right in the center of it all. It was close to the airport, Disney, and Universal.

The appartment was in very good conditon, very clean.This is the swcond time we are booking the same apt.

My staff and I stayed at the condo for a work conference. Ana made it easy to check in, all the amenities were great. Was not great weather so didn't get to enjoy the pool, but overall would book again

Family trip to universal studios super close to property and plenty of room. For my family of 6. Would definitely stay here again.

We come there for a business trip and stayed for fun.

The condo was perfect for our family and it was in a great location. The hostess was very helpful and we were able to check in early. The main pool near our condo was closed for renovations but it was a nice and short walk to the other pools. They were very nice. Plus you could get food and drinks there. There was a Publix across the road and restaurants near by. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

First of all we rent this place because we were going to Universal Studios and the location of this place was between 12 and 15 minutes drive every day we drive to the park that was great it is located near everything, to shop and to eat, but, my first disappointment was the community pool , which was one of the reason to book this place was under construction and host never said anything about it, beds have a pillow top which makes them so uncomfortable, and we had problems with little bugs which are in the kitchen and bathroom I'm pretty sure it is a problem for the whole building and last thinf i paid $1550
