Ideal Northshore location! Stylish, cozy decor!

Property just as described, clean and cute inside! Location was very convenient to North Shore and downtown Chattanooga. Communication with owner was easy, would stay there again.

Very very clean! Very nicely renovated bathroom/shower!

There were a few issues with our stay in Chattanooga. We could not connect to the WIFI during our stay, even though my husband tried multiple times. There was a small hole in the corner one of the bedroom ceilings with a tissue stuffed into it. There was paint on the floor where someone had painted the base boards in the same bedroom. The furniture in the living room was dirty and we did not feel comfortable sitting on some of the pieces of furniture. Nothing horrible, but we would not choose to stay there again.

Clean comfortable little unit. Bedrooms were spacious for our needs. Our host was responsive during our stay and we have no issues. The sofa was not really comfortable but we weren’t in the condo too much so not really an issue. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding, towels, blankets for use which was nice. Made for a great weekend!

The space was super cute, and set up efficiently. I was a bit nervous when I first pulled up, but had read other reviews stating the outside could use some TLC. The playground across the street was also full of kids, but once inside I didn’t hear anything. Everything in the description was spot on. I loved how they left plenty of bath products (if you need), and pods for the washer.Getting to and from everywhere I wanted to see was simple. I ended up in Downtown and the Southside for everything I did. Tourist attractions like Ruby Falls was 15 minutes give or take. Probably took me longer because I wasn’t familiar with the area. Chattanooga was a great city to visit.

My overall experience in this property was fairly limited. I was attending an event that kept me out late, gone all day, back up early. Otherwise I really enjoyed the simplicity of the unit. The interior is simple and clean, master bed was comfortable, the shower was nice. The kitchen appeared to be well laid out, functional, and equipped for use if an extended stay was required. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place out of the heart of town.

Excellent place for a weekend getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

From outside it is a small and old house but interior is renovated, nice and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. I like a firm mattress which is usually not found in vacation rentals. Shower water pressure was excellent. If I am in the area, I would choose this house again.

We stayed 3 nights and it was everything we needed. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, a/c worked very well and nicely decorated. Didn’t use the kitchen. The location was convenient. I agree with an earlier review that said you can walk to some restaurants and shopping but only if you’re in good shape because there is a steep hill. For us if there was a downside it was that although the living room furniture looks good we didn’t find it to be very comfortable. But overall this was a very nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

It was clean and near downtown. The hill is not that great if you’re pushing a stroller. However, everywhere we went was a five-minute drive. The beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our visit. Clean, comfortable. A/c worked well. Location was good. Host was responsive and accommodating. Only minor issue we had was a weak-ish wifi signal in the bedroom which wasn’t strong enough to use our baby monitor. WiFi was fine otherwise, worked great in the main living area.We would stay here again. Very much enjoyed it. Thank you!

Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfy. I loved that there was laundry in the unit and a community park across the street. There were a couple of things that were a bit of a bummer. The first was the shower didn't stay warm very long (at least if you like them hot). Also you can't turn on the water to the shower without getting wet. The second bummer was the water smell in the house(at least that's what we think it was) . We did get used to the smell after a day or so. For the price and location I think it was a great find.

This little place has everything you need for a short stay. I would t necessarily say it’s walkable because the hills would prevent some from walking back from Northshore. But it’s definitely close.

This was a wonderful stay! My roomie and I needed a small getaway, and it was perfect for the two of us! The location was great, and the property was very clean and well stocked with things like towels, dishes, blankets, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to book this property again next time we are on the area!

Love the location of this adorable place. The park across the street is great if you want to play some pickle ball. The neighborhood is just the loveliest for a walk. The North Shore is walking distance if you choose, with many options for delicious food. The house has all the things you need for a beautiful stay.

Good place to stay in Chattanooga. If you do plan to walk into town, take note of the VERY steep hill to get to and fro! Some good amenities but a few more kitchen items would have been a bonus (ex.: additional oven pan, something to store leftovers in)

It really is a calm and quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay. It felt like the hosts really wanted their guests to enjoy their home. With comfy plush towels, clean sheets, coffee and even dish soap! We slept great each night! It is close to downtown Chattanooga, the aquarium, great food, and walkable shopping. I plan to be back and I would love to stay here again.

Very nice and clean accommodations. Pantry had coffee and filters and fridge had a Britta water pitcher. One bed very comfortable, the other has a very firm mattress. The host was accessible immediately by phone for entry issue and helpful during my stay. Would highly recommend.

So appreciated this gem of a house in the wonderful North side area of Chattanooga! The house was immaculate and the owners really provided everything we needed from coffee and blow dryers to wonderful recommendations on where to go!

We were under the impression we were staying in a house but it was ok. The home was older but cute. The home was clean. Overall great stay for what we needed.

Nice house up on the hill of northshore Chattanooga. Definitely walkable but expect a large hill climb on your way home!

We enjoyed a five night stay in the Northshore area. The location is close to Frasier Avenue, the Walnut Street bridge and downtown Chattanooga. This location was a duplex and had a separate living area, kitchen separated by a two seater bar area for dining and counter space. It has two bedrooms and one bath. The beds are on the firm side but each bedroom has nightstands and drawers to unpack and feel at home. The bathroom is updated and has a nice shower and plush towels.

The location was great for visiting our daughter at UTC. It was very clean and well stocked with everything I needed. It was nice to be so close to downtown without actually being downtown and having to worry about parking. The communication was very clear with the check-in/check out process. I would not hesitate to book again for our next visit.

First time visiting. Very I’m pressed it was clean felt safe and so much is walkable. Great city.

Loved the proximity of the house to the many amazing places to eat, downtown, and yet it was quiet and peaceful. Loved popping over to Coolidge park to play Pickleball!

Wonderful place for 2 couples to hang out and enjoy time with each other in a quiet neighborhood. Was centrally located for all of our planned adventures. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast before we headed out for the day. Was really looking forward to sitting on the front porch to drink coffee but it’s actually very small. There is awesome patio with cool lawn furniture in the back yard that needed cleaned up. I’m sure we would have used that and would be an added plus to make that available for renters to use.
