Brian's apartment on Lark Street is right downtown in an excellent location. The space is wonderful & exactly as it's described in the listing. Brian was also very responsive and accommodating to our (brief) questions. We would totally stay here again next time we are in Albany!
We enjoyed the little time we spent there in the nicely decorated apartment. We did not utilize the kitchen. Communication with owner was excellent. We will definitely try to stay there again for our next visit.
Love the decor. We are seniors and one of us has a mobility issue so the the lack of parking close to the apt was a problem for us. Other than that the place was immaculate and beautiful. Cozy living room with a nice fireplace. If I was younger would definitely rent again.
This rental is as cute as depicted, and surprisingly quiet. Served it’s purpose for our pit stop through NY. Finding parking had been one of our worries & turned out to be super easy. Brian was above & beyond with communication.
It was clean and quiet. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the atmosphere very much. The host was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. The nightlife was booming with places all around to go. There was a late night pizza and more place walking distance from the apartment, and the food was great! Only problem we had was parking. It was street parking and i ended up with a ticket because i didnt see the 'no overnight parking' sign. But other than that it was a great first vrbo experience for us!
Easily one of the best Vrbos I've stayed at. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
I was pleasantly surprised at this 100 year old 3 story brownstone building and its architecture inside and outside. The neighborhood at first may be a little intimidating, but it actually turned out to be very pleasant. The apartment itself was extremely clean with hardwood floors, beautiful vaulted 12 foot ceilings and old woodwork adorning the master bedroom ceiling. Though the neighborhood itself is more geared to the younger crowd (as I am 60 years old) it was a vibrant and very active neighborhood and very close to Washington park with a lake and fountains and is in the Center Square district. There’s a couple 4 1/2 to 5 star restaurants literally within steps of the apartment. Being the an urban downtown district, parking is a little tricky, but I managed to park within the view of the building every night for the four nights I was there.
