HUGE 4 bedrm, 2 Bath LOFT overlooking Old Town Square. Nothing like this in FTC

We had a lovely stay with extended family in Old Town! The apartments functioned well for us and the location was ideal! We would like to come back soon!

A group of CSU alum and long standing friends visiting for a holiday weekend celebration. Great location to access Old Town FoCo's shops, restaurants, and breweries and close to campus.

Location location location!! Loved everything about this place for a fun weekend event. Know you are downtown, so put your mind in that mode. Owner made great accommodations with earplugs and white machines in the bedrooms. Adorable decor. Perfect space for our girls weekend and will definitely rent again. Bobby went above and beyond to make our stay go well. The only thing I didn’t realize was this is 2 units. We didn’t mind it because we split up well but expected it to just be one. Works great if you have a more chill group and a late night group.

Excellent location and fit our needs well. btw, the larger bedroom door in A doesn’t close and it would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. On the communication side I have a few thoughts. Several weeks ago, by email to the owner (through VRBO), I attempted to better understand the parking scenario. Didn’t hear back. And finally….a small suggestion regarding the final two page instruction sheets. To me, the message came through as condescending and arbitrary. I would recommend the owner revisit the wording.

We loved this location for our Thanksgiving week. We had to be in FOCO for our son's football game. We loved watching the Turkey Trot from our window. We were a bit surprised by the 2 separate apartments. But it worked out great having the separate spaces for our college aged kids. Old Town Fort Collins was magical this time of year.

The place is located perfectly in Fort Collins. Tons of shopping and restaurants right downtown within walking distance. Property manager was awesome to work with! Highly recommend this property.

We booked both Apartments for the week of our daughter’s wedding. They are both nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The coffee shop below is great and you can walk to everything! took off stars for the following: The closets in Apt A were horrible. The master was full of cleaning equipment old lamps etc. I could not hang my dress. The other room had a dresser in it and no hanging space either. The closet in B was great. We were there for a week and were only given 6 towels per apartment and 4 people per apartment. We did receive more towels after messaging the manager. We had 2 dish towels per apartment the entire time. Both kitchens have minimal pans/cooking equipment and 1 roll of paper towels. Apartment A is very noisy from the street below at night. Bring earplugs. Apartment B is quieter, but the garage trucks come very early in the morning and are loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I wish I had known more before arriving and the host needs to pay attention to the length of stay and stock appropriately.

Everything was very nice, and it was perfect for our party of 8. Absolutely loved the location and it was great to be able to walk everywhere. Street was pretty loud late into the night, but that is to be expected given the easy access to the bars/restaurants. Hope to visit again sometime.

We stayed in these nice apartments right in Old Town Fort Collins for a family wedding. We were very happy with our responsive host and the easy check in. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the area. We would definitely stay here again.
