Stayed Sep 6, 2019Had a lovely stay in Riccione. The apartment is really well equipped, great for cooking. It’s exactly as described. We had some great days out by train (it’s 10 mins from station) - Ravenna was terrific. Gianluca was a great host, and he says there’s also beautiful countryside to explore - next time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Mr. Abati is a very nice person offering all support one might need. As soon as we arrived we felt like coming home. The apartment is clean, big and quipped with anything you might need for a nice stay. We had a wonderful week. Recommendation: 100%

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything were just fine. Luca and Debora are very friendly hosts. Distance to beach ~ 500 meters. Greatly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great one week stay. The apartment was roomy and easily accomodated all 6 of us (2 on the pull-out bed in the living room). Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken during the time of our stay, but the weather was not too hot, so it wasn''t too bad. The location is great - off the very busy streets, but still close walking distance to everything. Advise earplugs though as noise from nearby traintracks can be disturbing in the early mornings. Great kitchen, outdoor & living room areas. Wi-Fi highly appreciated.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very handy for the beach and just as described. Would recommend. Clean and tidy. Close to everything you need: entertainment, beach, shops etc. Will return next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very good location (quiet) ans very nearby the city center (walking distabce. Very friendly owner. Perfect car space within the property. Nice terrace for outside lunch and dinner.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice location near the sea and easy to catch the shops and restaurants. Surrounding countryside good for road cycling. Apartment had a nice garden and everything worked well. We were very pleased with the accommodation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was very tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden in the evening after our excursions to interesting places. Very important for us that it was close to railway and bus. Some noise from train and street but it did not disturb us.
