House with garden

This house really is a hidden gem. The property is very spacious and set amongst beautiful grounds full of olive trees with stunning panoramic views. There is plenty of outdoor space and ping pong and table football and a BBQ. The beach is a modest walk or cycle to the beach and a very short drive into the town which really comes alive in the evening. The beach close by is beautiful with crystal clear seas and a range of reasonably priced bars. The host, Leonardo, is incredibly helpful and hospitable - always on hand to help if needed. I would absolutely recommend this property if you’re looking for an affordable but comfortable holiday.

Leonardo's place is a beautiful sanctuary just a 5 minute drive along a country road through an olive grove from down town Mattinatta. We sat each morning on the balcony and ate breakfast while looking out over the olive grove, the town of Mattinatta, the sea and the local mountains. And as our phones will attest to, picture perfect, as it appears we took a lot of photos every time we sat there. The Apartment was clean and is well maintained and Leonardo was always available via whatsapp to answer questions and immediately responded to request. The town of Mattinatta was an excellant choice as a base for our 5 days in the Gargano area. Should we be lucky enough to return to this area we will definitely be looking for vacancy at Leonardo's place. Thank you Leonardo for our stay at your beautiful location.

Would just like to say that me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week holiday at Leonardo's villa. He is extremely helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Great beaches, scenery and the nightlife in the town with the festivals etc. is typical Italian. Was great for me as was close to Foggia where my family come from so all in all was very happy. We rented the apartment on the first floor with the big balcony. From there we had a view on the olive trees and the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpfull. We spent a week in Mattinata at Leonardo's home who welcame us really nicely, he was really helpful in whatever we asked him ! The environment is beautiful, within the olive trees area, nearby both the sea and the village. The house is perfect for holidays ! It took us few days to adapt to the hot italian climate, but then we didn't want to move back home !!

It is very quiet place with great view to Mattinata. We were very satisfied there. The nature around and the beach are nice. The accommodation looks better in real than in photos. Go there.
