Homerez - Charming Studio with Mountain View in Arinsal - 40m²

This was my first trip to Arinsal and I loved it. One of the reasons for this was this great apartment. It was very comfy, cosy, clean and convenient! I'm hoping to come again next year and if there is anyway I could have this exact same apartment I would be very happy. The people who showed me around and checked in on me (via WhatsApp) over my stay to see if I needed anything and if the apartment was OK was so welcoming, patient, friendly and helpful. There are absolutely no negative points I can think of. Loved it and missing being there already (and this is my 1st day back!).

We stayed for 6 nights in the middle of July. Communications with the owners was via whatsApp because most UK mobiles wont work in Andorra without additional bolt-on calls and data packages. The owners don't speak English, but everyone else in the village does. Upon arrival, we met the owners who directed us to the pre-booked parking facilities which is via a car elevator at the rear of the building to secure parking. The elevator is big enough to take a Range Rover but only just! The accommodation is close to the car park so not far to carry bags etc. Access to the apartment on foot from street level is complicated via 3 separate elevators and a maze of corridors and easy for kids to get lost. The apartment is very clean, secure, warm and comfortable with a great view down the valley. The double bed and sofa bed are separated by a modesty roller blind. The sleeping arrangements are OK for 2 adults and a child, any more and it will be too cramped. The bathroom is also small and basic. The towels and bedding were sufficient for the duration of our stay. We didn't use the kitchen at all for cooking except the old microwave for making hot chocolate and one of the 2 coffee machines but there is 2-ring hob. There were no instructions on how to operate the washing machine and the spin function didnt work - even with the asistance from Mr Google. Our stay was amidst extensive building works which made considerable noise between 8am and 7pm so check this before booking. The tourist tax and deposit were payable on arrival and the deposit was returned (less the parking) on departure. The owners were punctual on both arrival and departure. The ski lifts are close to the appartment block but not working in Summer months. Access to the mountain is by car to the ski station or cable car from La Massana 7km down the valley.

Estamos encantados con la estancia, los dueños son una familia muy amables, el piso tiene todas las condiciones , muy limpio, hemos estado muchas veces en Andorra, pero esta estancia ha sido la que mas nos a gustado! Volveremos siempre con mucho gusto!

Nice well kept studio apartment Very compact Great for access to the lift Getting around the building is a little confusing at first until you get used to the layout I would be happy to stay there again
