Stayed Sep 25, 2025There were 6 of us staying in the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The building is very secure and the designated parking spot in the garage on the ground floor was very much appreciated

Stayed Sep 20, 2025The flat was clean and easily accessible. It had plenty of space for our family. The parking garage is a huge plus. We had rented a sprinter style van to get us to all of our destinations with our luggage and it fit perfectly in the parking garage. Getting the key to the flat is a little bit of a hassle since it is at a different location, but really not bad. The flat location was great. It was close to so much but also not too close to be noisy and crowded. We loved that the flat was across the street from Dynamic Earth which happens to be a pick up and drop off point for the Hop On and Off Buses. It made it so easy for us to get around the city and then back to the flat. The only issues we had with the flat were the squeaky floors and the washing machine. Honestly, the washing machine was probably our error in not understanding the settings. To wash one load took 4 hours and then an additional 2 hours to dry it. Again, probably our error in settings. The squeaky floors were a bit annoying. Some of us are night owls so it was hard to walk around without everyone hearing every step. Certainly not a deal breaker though. The flat was great. The showers had great hot water pressure. The windows were lovely to let fresh air inside. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Clean and comfortable apartment in ideal location to explore Edinburgh. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. A nice size and secure parking was also included. A washer dryer was a bonus as well. There was one quirky issue with the apartment which is that the wood floors squeak when you walk on them. While we didn’t find it annoying other guests might. Lastly the key pickup worked well but it is cumbersome to have to go to an off site location AND then have to get into apartment to get the fob key for the garage before you can park.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025This flat was perfect for our family holiday in Edinburgh! The flat itself is accommodating and comfortable and the location is ideally situated close to the big attractions but in a quiet corner near Arthur’s Seat.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Our family of six (incl. grandparents) had a great time in Edinburgh. The apartment was the perfect spot. Right next to Dynamic Earth, the Palace and lovely walk to the Castle and action. We had tons of room. Nice dining table. Kitchen has everything we needed. Pantry also had the basics too, which was super handy. Balcony was a huge plus. Big windows helped cool down too. Big bathroom in master with a tub was good for kids. Only negative was the TV was quirky. Couldn’t get volume to work. Really fussy and a bit annoying. Check-in instructions were a little fiddly. Took us a bit of faffing about to figure it out with the car. Parking garage was a nice size. We had a seven seater and had no issues. Overall, the perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Would recommend!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024This three bed apartment is ideally located on the Holyrood Road which is a ten minute walk from the centre of Edinburgh. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Comfortable beds and everything spotlessly clean. There is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle which is a great benefit. Key pick up is a slight faff, but other than that, I highly recommend this apartment. Edinburgh Accommodation were most helpful.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024Overall we loved our stay at this property in Edinburg. It's very spacious and the location is amazing. I would not stay there again though due to the squeaking floors. It's a huge problem through out the house and if you get up in the night to go to the bathroom you will wake your partner or children. The floors need to be changed out so badly. Otherwise it was a lovely place!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We've taken many trips to Edinburgh, most recently for our fourth trip to the Fringe, and this apartment is an easy favorite. The location is on Holyrood, close enough to everything to walk, but not in the noisy center of things further up on the Royal Mile or along North Bridge/South Bridge/Nicholson Street. There is a Tesco express about a 2-minute walk away and a nice range of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The apartment is on the second floor which for Americans means the third floor. You have a great view of the Dynamic Earth structure (which is especially nice when illuminated at night) and Arthur's seat. The walk toward the center of town is heavy with buildings for the University of Edinburgh - we always felt safe. The apartment itself is modern and well furnished. There is a large kitchen and adjacent dining area. The kitchen was equipped with nice silverware and other cooking amenities. There was some coffee and tea there, but assume that you will go shopping for whatever you want on arrival. There are three decent-sized bedrooms and two baths with shower/bath. The apartment has a balcony and lots of windows for natural light. There were plenty of plugs, but if you are coming from the US/Canada please consider buying some adapters ahead of time. If not, they are easy to buy in Edinburgh at Boots or one of the many electronic shops in the tourist areas. We would highly recommend this apartment unless you want it at a time we want to stay there.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024We stayed six nights. It's a wonderful location. Away from the crowds, but within walking distance of the various sites. Loved having my coffee on the deck with a view of Arthur's Seat. The check in process was a bit strange. Had to walk a few blocks to pick up the key. Would be better to have the onsite concierge or the Marriott next door provide the key. Not a big deal. The unit is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The parking garage made this an excellent place to stay within walking distance to the Royal Mile and shopping locations. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 teenagers.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024The apartment is modern and clean. We were on the second floor looking out on Salisbury Crags. It is off the tourist streets so is quiet. Local buildings are either Government offices, university campus buildings and student residences. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The agency was very open to responding to our questions on a timely basis. We would recommend this location and building.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024This was the perfect spot for us. The apartment is incredibly well furnished (could maybe use a few more towels, but that's a minor point) and has all the facilities needed to make a great home-away-from-home for our week in Edinburgh. Location is super central without ever being noisy so we enjoyed convenience and peace all week. Simply wonderful!!

Stayed May 13, 2024This Holyrood site is a very comfortable, well appointed property. I especially liked the state of the art kitchen, the sparkling clean feeing in all the rooms and the lovely view of Arthur’s Seat. It is also very well situated, near the hop on hop off bus lines, just steps away from the royal mile and next door to a Marriott Hotel with a wonderful concierge who happily shared his recommendations even though we weren’t staying at the hotel. The host also provided a notebook full of information about restaurants, tours, etc. The only negative was process of getting the key at a site several blocks away. So glad that was not necessary upon departure.
