It is located directly on the promenade of Francavilla, a blue flag (a title that is attributed to the seaside resorts with the cleanest sea). The beach is of fine golden sand. Served very well by all the services: bus stop under the house, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, lounge bars, discos nearby, railway station at 3 Km. Luna Park for children at 100 Mt in the summer period. Ideal geographical context for a relaxing holiday by the sea. All the beaches are organized in elegant and well-equipped bathing establishments with restaurants specializing in fish cooking, umbrellas, sunbeds, and everything concerning the comforts on the beach. Marina with all the comforts at 4 km, possibility of hiring pleasure boats. Communal swimming pool equipped with a fitness room on the parallel street. A few kilometers from the beautiful mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines, reachable in 30 minutes, which include the Majella and the Gran Sasso with peaks up to almost 3000 meters and enchanting landscapes. Numerous medieval and historical towns throughout the surrounding area.

We stayed in Giuseppe's Ivory Apartment in Francavilla al Mare and had a terrific time. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, spacious, and very clean. We were able to do our own laundry and Giuseppe helped us rent a car. He was also very helpful in recommending day trips, restaurants and being a gracious host in general. We would love to stay here again if our travels bring us to the area in the future.

The apartment is close to the beach, just cross to the street . Nice and tidy, exactly as seen by the photos. Very clean , spacious with a big kitchen! Very good solution for our family holiday in Francavilla Al Mare. We had a pleasant and relaxing staying, the owners were very helpful and friendly.We will surely come back next year to stay here for sure! We are thankful for a wonderful holiday!

I really enjoyed staying with Francavilla al mare Rentals. Me and my friend stayed in a very spacious apartment with private bathroom and cosy rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect location! I would definitely recommend this to a friend and would like to come back.

Our family on 6 had a great stay in Pescara. This was our first stay in Italy. Pescara-area with its long sandy beaches seemed like a good place to start. And it was. We had a great time. Short distance from the airport to the apartement is nice. What we liked most about Pescara is that there is mostly local turism. The restaurants has an local atmosphere.. The apartement was as promised nice, clean and well equipped. That combined with excellent location near the beach made our vacation a success. We would not hesitate to recommend Pescara and Francavilla to others!!
