We stayed here three years in a row and have nothing but the words of compliments for the location, apartment and people. Nicole and Dimi, the owners, are open-hearted, welcoming and hospitable, always ready to help. They will fix any problem you might have in their cheerful and friendly way. They greeted us in the warmest possible way each time we arrived. The apartments are clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with literally everything you may need during your stay. They are decorated stylishly and with great care, giving you a sense of home. The adjacent balcony is big and perfect for evening family reunions. The house is in a peaceful surrounding and the beach is so close that it is ideal for the early-morning or late-afternoon swim. There are other nearby beaches to choose from, all of them with soft sand and warm clear waters – our favourite being Ammolofoi. The city of Kavala with its magnificent panorama is only a 15-min drive away, a nice place for shopping, sightseeing or just idle strolling. A visit to the nearby archaeological site of Philippi is an unforgettable experience. It is the tranquil, easy-going and relaxing atmosphere that makes us return to Luca Apartments year after year – something that you intensely look for when going on a holiday!

The apartment is every thing we expected, it is exactly as in the photos, and hospitality is more than expected. The owners will help you with all things from the direction of the beach or market to borrowing sun umbrella :) when necessary. We had a good time, and peace and quiet when it needs to rest from a long day of one of the many beaches with crystal clear water.

We are a family travelling from Australia, we found this holiday location from the internet, and it looked ideal for us and our young children. Apon arrival we were very impressed by the loction of the apartment with a wonderfull view of the bay. Our appartment was very clean, modern and fully furnished. The owners were very hospitable, friendly and provided us with everything we requested.They gave us a wonderful tour of the area, familiarising us with all that it has to offer. I would honestly recommend this property to everyone. Its location has many things to offer; a vast array of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, beaches with plenty of watersports and parks for the children as well as being a close distance to the center.
