Very bright, fresh and spacious newly renovated holiday home. It is ideal for families, couples or small groups. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building of 4 apartments.
Most of the furnishings are new.
The apartment, thermally insulated, has two large double bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, bathroom, living room (with sofa and armchair bed that become two single beds) which can be used as a third bedroom, large kitchen terrace where you can have lunchand dinner outdoors.
The Tenant will have complete disposal of the house, appliances, TV and WI-FI.
In addition, the price includes 1 set of linen per person and bed linen. If there is a need, there is the possibility of adding an additional set of linen with a supplement.
The apartment is located in a residential area and served. Within 600 meters there are restaurants, supermarkets, newsagents, bars, patisseries, tobacconists, pharmacies etc.
The house is only 5 minutes drive from the wonderful Balai.
