Located on the first floor, the 95 m² apartment offers ample space for families, friends, or small groups: 2 bedrooms with 6 solid wood beds, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a large eat-in kitchen, a living room, and a spacious balcony. Underfloor heating, 2 wood-burning stoves, natural materials, and plenty of wood create a cozy atmosphere.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, and many practical extras such as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, kitchen roll, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, stereo, a workspace with laptop, as well as bed linen, towels, and towels for the kitchen, shower, sauna, and pool.
