Stayed Sep 7, 2022We loved staying at this new and modern home in an ancient building in the oldest part of the city. Excellent location near the cathedral, this house has been lovingly restored. It's stocked with all the appliances and conveniences you could ever need and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The outside deck with fireplace is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2018Rarely do you find a place that is so functional and so well designed in a part of a city that is as central to what makes the city special. Add to this a concierge to help with restaurants and local knowledge and you have a the key ingredients for a wonderful stay in Girona. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Badiu. It's in a great, 'old' part of Girona that is barely accessible to cars. I would consider the property architecturally significant in how the owner has rehabilitated a very old building in to a modern living space. So many details of the living space are really well thought out and executed.
