The Space

The Torres de Serranos Luxe apartment is located in the heart of Valencia’s historic center, right next to the iconic Torres de Serranos. This unique location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the essence of the city, with easy access to its main monuments, restaurants, and shops.



Upon entering the apartment, you will be welcomed by a modern and bright space, carefully designed down to the last detail. The residence enjoys abundant natural light from the main street as well as from the inner and rear courtyards of the building. For added convenience, the building has been fully renovated and features an elevator with a capacity for three people.



The apartment includes two fully equipped double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower and sink, a private balcony, spacious wardrobe, and television. The second bedroom also has a wardrobe and access to its own balcony. In the hallway, you will find a guest toilet and a full bathroom, also equipped with a washing machine for added convenience.



The apartment features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, seamlessly integrated with the dining area, creating a unique space with a sophisticated combination of flooring and décor. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules and teas, offering a comfortable and cost-effective alternative for enjoying meals at home.



You can also enjoy the private balcony with stunning views of the Torres de Serranos, perfect for starting the day with an al fresco breakfast or unwinding in the evening.



Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed internet, ensuring you stay connected at all times.



For extra convenience, the property includes a private parking space for small or medium-sized cars (not suitable for larger vehicles or 4x4s).



Location Accessibility

Located in the heart of Valencia, Barrio del Carmen is one of the most charming areas of the city. A neighborhood that has grown within ancient walls, today it is a hub of leisure and culture. Its diverse gastronomic and cultural offerings, combined with its youthful and dynamic atmosphere, make it one of the best areas to explore.



Barrio del Carmen is perfect for wandering through its streets, discovering hidden historical corners, enjoying a tapas dinner, or sampling international cuisine. It is also a hotspot for nightlife, with a wide variety of venues that have become popular meeting points for both locals and visitors.



The best way to explore the city is on foot, as the apartment’s prime location allows easy walking access to landmarks such as Mercado Central, La Lonja, El Miguelete, Plaza de la Virgen, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, and Mercado de Colón. Another great option is renting a bicycle, with nearby bike rental stations, to explore the city on two wheels, including a ride along the Turia Riverbed Park, which leads directly to the City of Arts and Sciences.

    The apartment is beautiful, exactly as pictured. It's quiet but still in the middle of restaurants and landmarks. The beds are great. There's an elevator so good after a long day of walking. The host was very responsive.

    We had a lovely stay right in the heart of the old city portion of Valencia. If you want quiet, not your place - but if you want easy walking distance to amazing restaurants, the trails and sites of the dry riverbed area, the Cathedral & Basilica, this is your place! Plenty of room and closet space.

    This apartment was very well maintained, nicely furnished, and perfectly located. It is a beautiful space with a mix of old and new elements that make it very aesthetically pleasing. The AC worked perfectly, beds and all other furniture were very comfortable. The only drawback is that the windows in both bedrooms have exterior blinds that go up and down with a switch like a garage door. If they are open, the neighbors across can see in. If they are closed, there is no natural light in the bedrooms. It would be great if the blinds were the type that could tilt open to allow in light but still provide some privacy. Other than that, the apartment was perfect and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come back to Valencia. The balcony was nice for people watching. The neighborhood is so lovely with the Torres de Serranos on one end of the street and Placa de la Virgin at the other end. You can walk to anything you would want to see. The bike rental a couple of doors down was convenient for riding through the Turia Gardens to the Arts & Sciences complex and to the beaches. The kitchen was equipped well enough. There are restaurants and little shops all around as well as a couple of small supermarkets and a short walk to the Mercado Central. Perfection--really.

    Beautiful appartment right in the historic center of the city, and very quiet rooms (not a single noise) . In fact much more beautiful than what photos show! Nice decoration details, and all what you can nedd is available in the modern kitchen. Air conditioned (cold in summer and warm in winter, thogh very silent) Free Wifi, 2 tv's and dvd players plus collection of dvd's that we enjoyed at night after coming back from dinner. All museums and historic attractions just a few minutes walking distance. Also just across the river 5mns walking, trams going to the sea side (15mns tram) A FREE parking was offered to us which was perfect with our Ford focus (but not fit for much bigger cars as the way down is a bit narrow, but free...) at 5mns walking. We will certainly consider coming back for a longer stay :-).....

    We stayed from January 20 to March 6 in this apartment with full satisfaction. If someone given a negative reaction to this apartment I would not take it seriously. Everything in this apartment is fine, kitchen and eguipment bedroom with shower and seperate badroom livingroom and of course the central location. We give this apartment 9

    I have rented many properties in many countries and this was by far, one of the best!! The location is perfect and the property appears to have been newly remodeled with all of the comforts of home along with exquisite taste in decorating. The only thing I would suggest to owner is to have a little guide as to what there is available in the area such as restaurant recommendations and helpful local tips since there is no concierge or anyone to help with information. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back there!!
