Historic Renovated Loft in Downtown Albany, OR.

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving holiday and it was due in large part to this exquisite, historic property. Incredibly well appointed kitchen with all we needed to cook a Thanksgiving FEAST, as well as the dinning space which allowed us to share our meal with 4 of our sons’ college buddies. Plus beautiful, entertaining spaces which kept them busy all evening watching football, playing pool and working on improving their poker skills. Lots of open parking just cross the street at any time, day or night. Walkable restaurants and shops, just can’t say enough about how well this property suited our needs. Our hosts were responsive and helpful and their thoughtful touches throughout their spaces kept us comfortable and helped us feel at home. Well done all around !! Mahalo for the opportunity to spend our Thanksgiving weekend at this very special property.

Just a great unique loft property.

This place is amazing. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, hot showers and quiet neighborhood. It is so convenient to drive to Corvallis. We hope to stay here every time.

Fabulous place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and had many extra touches to make us feel like we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The downtown area is super cute and you can walk to delicious restaurants and cute shops. Although you can only park in certain places we were able to park right across the street with no issues. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay in this downtown loft. The place was clean and inviting, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. With our son now attending Oregon State University, we look forward to coming back and staying again!

Nicely remodeled, well equipped. The mattresses are terrific in the two big bedrooms. The location was perfect. It was a great place to stay!

Nothing could have compared to our stay in this beautiful loft in Albany. The moment we entered it felt like home--a stunning kitchen, cozy living room, luxurious beds--you name it. I made this reservation for my athletes, their parents and myself and a huge piece of our success as a team was staying at Mike's rental. Without exaggeration I have never stayed in a more welcoming home or town.

Property was very nice, as advertised. The location was perfect for our visit. A 5 minute walk would provide shopping, restaurants and bars. Informational book provided all details need during stay. Very clean and tidy! Amazing space to stay

My family booked this place while sending my daughter off to college. Couldn't have picked a better place to bond as a family. We all enjoyed and spent most of our time in the game room. Albany is a little gem. Great food, coffee houses, movie theatre, and scenic places to stroll. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

This historic loft was fantastic . Everything was thought of we could possibly need, it was clean with wonderful art and comfortable seating and bed. Great restaurants within walking . Would not hesitate to return . Thank you .

Really fun place to use as a hub for visiting the Albany area. Would definitely come back to explore the area more.

We stayed with four adults and two young children at the condo. It was a large, mostly updated space and could have been great. We were disappointed in the kids room. We specifically got it so the kids could stay together in a bunk bed. The bunk bed was in the unfinished portion of the house. It had a creepy ladder and upper attic right next to it (not shown in the online photos). My MIL and I were uncomfortable with them sleeping there with the door shut- which they had to do since it was a room air conditioning unit. Not to mention even with the door shut the room was still too warm. The owner called to check-in, but I missed him. I let him know via VM but received no response. Just as an FYI- there was a putrid smell in the primary bath, and it definitely appears to be a property the owner lives in, if that matters to you.

Great place close to several downtown eateries. Loft was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Would stay again!
