Excellent quaint apartment that is well manicured and taking care of.

I came for a three day work trip. The apartment was easy to find. Street parking was available around the corner from the room. The space was clean and beautiful. There were so many great plants that added a nice touch. The kitchen had basic essentials. This was a great place to stay. It was safe, beautiful, comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and close to one of our favorite restaurants in the Dayton area, Wheat Penny. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay for a UD Flyers game. The unit was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Great location, lots of walkable spots nearby. Way better than a hotel for both location and comfort.

This is a very neat, well located spot, perfect for whatever you need to do in Dayton. I have to come up Dayton a couple of times a year for work, and I usually stay in a hotel. But this time, I decided to find a place that offers a bit more privacy. This was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is so terribly quaint! There’s a great deal of history in the area. The houses are all historic and have lovely yards. Parking was convenient. The apartment is updated and very clean. It was nice to be able to come in from work and relax in the living area, eat a little supper, then go to bed. I certainly hope to be able to book this spot in the future when I need to come to Dayton.

The air conditioning was two window units and they worked very well, we ended up turning off the living room because it was kind of chilly. The one in the bedroom was a bit loud. Well decorated, perfect for our one night attending a wedding at the Dayton Art Institute. Perfect for a couple. The Art on the walls and mature plants both inside and out added to the experience. Cute, historic neighborhood. Nice outdoor area. Attentive property manager.

Wonderful, quiet, clean, and comfortable space. Easy street parking. Didn’t realize until I received the check-in message that there were multiple units, and it could have been communicated a bit more clearly that the entrance was on the side of the house toward the back, but I figured it out, and it was very easy entry from there! Appreciated the air conditioning for sure, but would have liked to be able to have more control over the temperature. All that said - it was a great stay, and I would stay here again! Very cozy, with lots of live plants, and a lovely area out back to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed from towels to silverware was provided.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was as described. It was in an interesting neighborhood. There is a designated parking small. This was very nice. The wi-fi worked well. We had one small issue, the remotes batteries were dead. James came quickly with new batteries. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the neighborhood.

A great property which is well maintained and convenient to Dayton. We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy our time here. This most recent visit was good with the exception of an air conditioner issue and the loss of electricity twice. The resident manager was very helpful in resolving the issues.

Enjoyed my stay. The place was spacious and clean. Only problem was the A/C. Only 1 window unit in the bedroom, which blew a circuit breaker when using the microwave. It was 95 outside, the coolest it got in the living room was 80 during the day.

The Oregon District is a hidden gem with a charming 'old village' feel. The neighborhood was safe, walkable, and full of character—historic streets, funky shops, and excellent restaurants made it a joy to explore. Our VRBO was spotless and perfect for two, with a mid-century modern vibe and all the modern conveniences. Close to everything, this vibrant, quirky area offered the ideal mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. Will be back!

Thank you for a great stay! The place was very clean, well stocked with everything needed and beautiful! We really enjoyed the live plants, they made us feel even more at home. My only recommendation is to make the couch in the living room a fold out bed for an extra guest. Thank you!

I just want to say that my stay at this property was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was Central. The unit that I stayed in had absolutely everything I needed and more. The place was well maintained extremely clean and the property manager was extremely Pleasant and very easy to get along with. Came to Dayton for the Winter Guard Championships. Located close to the Dayton Arena and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Host provided clear instructions on where to park, were quick to respond to texts and very accommodating to a hiccup we had. 10/10 would stay again!!!

Other than we could not figure out how to regulate the temperature we had a wonderful stay!

This is a great place! The location was perfect for the theatre. Super clean and very comfortable. Communitarian with James was perfect. He gave us all of the information that we needed. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

I was in Dayton for the weekend for a class. The apartment was located in a safe and convenient location. The apartment was lovely and there was a place I could easily study and prepare for classes.Jim was very helpful and answered any questions I had. When I return in three years for my recertification class I will definitely look for this lovely property.

Excellent experience staying here. Onsite parking with an easy access to the space. Awesome aesthetic, very clean, very comfortable. Our only issue was that the area may not be a great one to stray too far from the house after dark. Gunfire was audible fairly close by twice throughout the night. Hardly the host’s fault, of course. Overall, very happy with the stay. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and had a refreshing contingent of live plants to make it feel lush and lively. The host was super nice in conversation. If I ever stay in Dayton again, I would go out if my way to try to gwt the same place.

What a sweet little place! Everything about my stay was outstanding!

The apartment is a nice place in an older building with fine vintage architecture, good decor, and a neighborhood that has a lot to offer during the daytime. I rented it to save myself an hour of sleep after a late night at the hospital followed by a very early morning.The place was generally clean, (floors free of grit or debris, surfaces free of dust), but the cleaning service hired by the property owner clearly had not been in. I am fortunate that I followed a neat guest, who put their empty pizza box out of the way on the kitchen counter, and their beer cans and fast food bag out of sight in the kitchen garbage. Nevertheless, there were damp towels in the bathroom and the bed was unmade. I had 6 hours before having to be back at work and so put up with it for the night. The owner apologized for the state of the place but that's about it. I assume this was a one-time thing and this review will be an exception, but just in case it isn't, it needs to be said. If you find yourself in similar circumstances with a one-night stay, then my guess is there are some sort of shenanigans going on.Also, the bed is not comfortable, which could be much ameliorated by the addition of a mattress topper. Given how inexpensive it was, I overlooked it, but think the nightly rate could be higher with just that change.

A historic house in a great central area. Walking distance to many great things that Dayton has to offer.

This is a well-decorated and well-maintained one-bedroom unit that is in a charming neighborhood, just a short walk from good restaurants. The owner is well organized and quite responsive to needs of the guest.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The property was exactly as described, and even better in person. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do in the Oregon District. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and at home. The neighbor/property manager was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
