BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer (shared with lower unit), linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

LOCATION: This home is very close to The Lincoln Center, Poudre River Whitewater Park, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, City Park, and Colorado State University. This is a fantastic space for parents visiting kids at CSU, business professionals, and anyone coming in to explore our beautiful city.

FAQ: This home is a 2-unit over/under duplex. Although both spaces are fully private with their own access, please know that it is not sound proof and you may have interactions with the other guests. We ask for all parties to be courteous and respectful along with keeping quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Also, Fort Collins is a train town and the train tracks are about 5 blocks away. Some will notice the trains going by and some will not, each bedroom has a ceiling fan to offer white noise if needed.

    This house was in a great location and beautifully updated and maintained. We stayed with our college student for a long weekend exploring Fort Collins and environs. Loved the immaculate back yard and grill, played many many games of pool, and slept well on the king and queen mattresses. We will definitely be back!

    We stayed over a weekend with another couple to visit our kids @ CSU and attend the football game. Really liked the location as it was only ~10 minutes walk from Old Town. Quiet neighborhood but located on a busy street. Be aware there is a separate basement suite that is rented and can be a little confusing as there are multiple access doors but only one gets you into the unit. Big driveway but only one car is allowed - ample street parking is there so not much of an issue. The home is older bungalow style (upstairs unit) but tastefully renovated inside. Game room and back yard was nice to hang out. There is a BBQ unit there but tiny - ie. six hot dogs or 4 hamburgers at a time. Stacey (owner) communicates well and there were no issues. Consider looking @ the same property on Mountain Time Vacation rentals for better pricing.

    This is a great property! We love the location…it is a peaceful retreat but close to all the downtown fun!! This was our second stay at this property, and we sure hope we get the chance to stay again!!

    We stayed in July 2024. Our adult family liked the house, yard and pool table. Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It gave the four of us enough room to spread out. The pool table was a great way to spend a little extra time together. It was raining or we may have played corn hole in the yard. Nice patio set, too. Someone else was occupying the basement apartment. They parked in the street, giving us the driveway, which was nice. The listing says you can park 2 cars in the driveway, but they'd need to be small cars. If you have to park on the street, it is a good neighborhood and a wide street so that should be fine. It is within walking distance (half mile or so) of the Old Town neighborhood with shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful flowers. The home has a large shower. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The home does have air conditioning. This listing does have stairs for both entries, if that is a concern for you.

    Wonderful experience!!! This house has the Most comfortable beds and amenities galore! The Pool table and patio was an amazing plus! This property has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. Close to everything and Downtown FoCo(Fort Collins) is easily walkable. The property manager, Stacy, is easy to communicate with and responds to any and all questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to CO!!! Thanks again!
