Stayed Apr 23, 2025The property manager was easy to get ahold of for questions. The property has stairs - no elevators. Property is a 5 min walk to MVP Arena. Has online metered parking - very reasonable pricing. Unit has digital locks for entry and apartment doors, small fridge, microwave, hot plate unit, basic kitchenware, towels and bedding. Close to on-ramps so can be a bit loud - but I was never bothered by it. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to MVP Arena.

Stayed Apr 15, 2024Clean, comfortable and very convenient location. Earl was very responsive to my numerous questions and even dealt with a scheduling snafu (on my end). I was concerned we might have trouble parking, due to a big concert just blocks away but we had no issues parking just down the street. Parking was free overnight, I only had to pay for 2 hours worth of parking in the morning because we didn’t want to rush out and it was very inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to another event in the area.

Stayed Jul 9, 2021This is a unique spot on the top floor. Immaculate with a bedroom and a separate bed in the living room. Great shower. Very convenient to the interstates and easy access with key codes. Excellent communication with the host. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 12, 2025I was in town for a conference and was looking for an affordable place to stay within walking distance to the venue. Earl’s place was a great find. It is a historic building, built in 1815, and the loft apartment I stayed in had cool wooden beams and exposed brick from the original construction. Earl has updated the apartment and furnished it to feel contemporary and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, and there was no shortage of hot water! Earl was very communicative and self check in was easy. Very nice stay.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We were in town for a short visit at the MVP arena. This loft space was an easy walk to the arena. The space was exactly as described and easy to use. Earl was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a blast staying in this super cool, yet quirky space. We will definitely consider returning.

Stayed Jan 21, 2025Clean spot. Neighborhood not as spooky as others day. You have to go up 2 flights of steps for anyone with disabilities. The spot feels like a little cabin with the wood accents.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024The area was a bit sketchy looking but seemed quiet actually. However, there was not one wall that was square! Even the sky light was crooked! You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to this place. It was 15 degrees out and the heat was set at 67. We couldn't figure out how to change it so we were cold. AC, if needed, is provided by 2 portable units. Cooking is by hot plate or microwave. No stove. Very small portable fridge. The ceiling over the beds is slanted so watch your head. The bed was comfortable enough however. There are no curtains on the windows. We couldn't figure out how to turn the TV on. It really was like sleeping in an attic. You can probably do better somewhere else.

Stayed Jul 26, 2023For the price this was a great place to stay for the one night I stayed. It was a bit small and had simple accomodations but was more than enough to be comfortable, and it was like one block away from the MVP Arena so it was very convenient for the event I was attending. The only issue that I ran into was that it was very hot when I stayed here, but I didn't realize that the air conditioner was controlled by a light switch on the wall. I probably could have messaged the owner and found out but I just left it alone and had to be hot. It would be good for future guests if the owner either labelled the light switch or included that information in the instructions that were sent over before hand.
