Stayed Nov 28, 2025The location is wonderful and made it possible to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The charming unit reminded me of my grandmother’s home circa 1950. The binder of dining recommendations and museums to visit was so helpful. Thank you!

Stayed Oct 23, 2025We enjoyed staying in this historic home, with its character and quirks. The location is ideal; you can walk to many museums, shops, and restaurants. We found the unit comfortable and quiet, despite the construction across the street. The beds are comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of bed pillow types. Free street parking was easy to find within a block.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Excellent location & the flat had what we needed for our stay. It did seem like it hadn’t been stayed in or cleaned recently (there was a lot of dust/grime built up & many bugs, including a spider the size of my palm in the shower curtain). The amenities were basic inside but sufficient and the location makes up for any problems, as it’s very centrally located for exploring the town.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025We truly enjoyed staying in this property and the hosts are terrific. Right now there is construction across the street so not as quiet or convenient as it will be once that project is completed. Older charming flat near everything

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Location is great with nice view. Place and fixtures are very old. Probably clean but looks and feels dirty. Also pls dont ask me to take my shoes off or start laundry or do dishes to help keep cleaning fee low when your place is old and already dirty

With a homey vibe and good restaurant coices within easy walking distance we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Its location makes a quick dash to Canon Beach and Seaside and easy drive. Stayed Oct 18, 2024We loved being able to walk everywhere and the flat was spacious but the bathroom is seriously in need of a redo. Sink so old and stained you can’t tell if it is clean or not. Chips, scratches and rust stains. Old clawfoot Tub is charming but very narrow as a shower and high sides are not easy for an older person to get in. Needs a grab bar. Bath mat also

Stayed Jun 6, 2024During our 3-night stay here, we were able to explore Astoria, Fort Stevens State Park and the Long Beach peninsula. There was still plenty left to discover after our stay. View of the Columbia River and ship traffic will keep you absorbed no matter the weather. Deserves another visit.
