Did you know that vacation rental sites penalize hosts who fall below a 4.7-star rating Many people believe that the star ratings are like a hotel's rating system. Unfortunately, the rating system is not built that way! A Four-star review significantly and negatively impacts the average overall rating, making it a challenge for hosts like us to maintain our listing!
This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Jonathan is wonderful and always responds quickly. It’s a quick, convenient 20 minute drive to Hershey. I would recommend staying here.
Great walking distance to lots of great places to eat! Very cute and clean. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
We were in town for a concert at Hershey park. We were conveniently located near the arts festival. The owner gave us great recs of places to eat. The owner was very attentive and understanding of the check-in and check-out process.
I highly recommend staying here if you are in town
Very nice place to stay. We were only there for a quick overnight stay but everything was very nice. Clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be a small tv in the bedroom because the couch area is more a bed than a couch but overall it was very nice.
We enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to everything!
Exactly as the listing stated. Very little outside noise and easy parking in front. For our stay we didn’t need to worry about meter rules. Easily accessible and walking distance to everything downtown. The host was very communicative and attentive. We will definitely be back soon and have already began referring friends and family.
Everything was perfect for our weekend stay. The apartment was cozy and clean. I would highly recommend this place.
Was quick, easy and pretty seamless. Safe neighborhood. Walkable to most anything in Harrisburg.
Jonathan was very accommodating allowing us to check in early due to non occupancy the day before. It was an awesome beginning to our mid week birthday celebration. House cleaning could have been better as food was left in the refrigerator from the prior visitors. The house has an artist flare adding to the comforting ambience. My only concern was that there is approximately a 6 inch difference in the floor in the kitchen area or front of the house to the bedroom area in the rear of the house. This means if you had a ball it would roll itself to the back of the house. This leads me to believe there is a foundation problem or possibly a safety issue. However we enjoyed our stay in the capital city. Awesome restaurants and a wonderful contact person, Jonathan.
