Historic Charm with Modern Amenities in Central Cape May

I thought that the property was very well maintained and centrally located. The amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. We couldn't get the cable television to work. There should be directions.

We wanted to have a little vacation weekend with our son & girlfriend. The set up of the home had both a big, comfortable living room / dining area as well as plenty of privacy for both couples. (Bedrooms & baths on both floors.) The kitchen had what we needed. Parking was easy for our two cars. We would vacation here again.

This was the perfect place for our family. We were in town for a wedding. The bridal party was able to get ready with plenty of room. The host was so accommodating and tentative with all of my questions. It was very clean!!

We had a very pleasant stay at John’s apartment in Cape May. The location was excellent—just a 4-minute drive to the beach—and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It was spotless and very well maintained.What made our experience even better was John’s hospitality. He kindly allowed us to check out at 3 pm so that our toddler could have his nap before we left, which we greatly appreciated.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return to this apartment in the future.

This property was very clean and had all the amenities, even a robe which I was thankful for as I didn’t brIng one. I brought food down and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook a meal. It’s a cozy and quiet place and relatively close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We mostly walked to where we wanted to go as long as it wasn’t too hot.

The property was very clean, nicely appointed and as advertised in the description and photos. Questions were answered quickly which was helpful. I would recommend John’s property to anyone visiting Cape May.

Had a great time in Cape May and this property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers, with one sleeping on the pullout couch in the living room. In the upstairs bedroom, there were multiple other spots to sleep also, from a trundle under the queen bed to a futon to a small cot, so we could have squeezed a few more in if needed. The house was updated, clean, and nicely decorated, and the outdoor space was well taken care of also. The upstairs bathroom is small but worked fine for us, and there was a larger full bath on the main level too. I couldn’t tell exactly how things were set up in the pictures, but the kitchen is separated from the living room, which was great when we wanted to enjoy coffee and breakfast before the kids were awake. The location was perfect…a quick drive or bike ride into town or to the beach (about a mile), and an easy 15-minute walk to the Acme grocery store just down the road. The host was super responsive and provided all of the info we needed. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to be in a nice area and close enough to get to everything easily. This was a short stay for our daughters wedding, house was very nice, very clean, John was very gracious with handling or special requests. Would definitely stay there again and recommend his property to anyone that is staying in Cape May.

This VRBO was in the perfect location and a great price. We were within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shows and only a short drive from the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a long weekend at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Easy access in and out. Has a cozy cottage feel while at the same time you have “plenty of space”. Was very nice. Would stay there again. And Cape May is a beautiful little village

This is our 4th year staying in Cape May for some relaxation during the holiday break. The home was perfect for our getaway as it was clean and decorated quite nicely. The host communicated very well. We look forward to staying here again.

This 2 BR, 2 BA home was perfect for 4 sisters celebrating a milestone birthday! We wanted for nothing and the owner shared all necessary information, including about parking, well before we arrived. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the beach!

This was our second visit to this beautiful condo. The property is comfortable and has everything we needed for a great weekend. It’s walkable to Washington Street Mall, in a lovely neighborhood. The owner is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Easy access to nearby beaches. Very clean.

Check in was 4 PM. Arrived around 8 PM. Unit was Never cleaned, a mess. Contacted Kelly to relay the news. Went out to & eat asked for a text when unit was clean. Finally texted Kelly around 9:56 PM. She apologized and said yes the unit was now clean. Understand stuff happens, but would’ve been nice to have been alerted ahead of time. Maybe even offered some sort of compensation for check in delay issues?

Well kept property with an abundance of amenities which made for a very comfortable stay.

Amazing place and service!

Property is very clean with lots of space. Close to shopping areas and within walking distance. Parking was very nice. Would stay again. Property owner was wonderful and easy to reach if needed.

My husband and I were in Cape May for the Escape the Cape triathlon and booked this place for the weekend. What a gem! The place is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and super comfortable! Very quiet, too! We could walk to the fun parts of Cape May and bike out to the Cold Spring bike trail and beyond. John the host was helpful answering all our questions and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a cute little cozy place. Clean, neat with all the space in the apartment well utilized. We had a great time here with my girlfriends. Well, definitely recommend this place.
