The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clean and spacious. It is situated in the old part of Ferrara close to bars restaurants & shops. The host, Enrico, was very friendly & helpful & I felt that if needed I could ask for assistance (as I was travelling alone).

We spent a month in Ferrara and we were sad to leave. The apartment was spacious, clean and the layout was perfect for our stay. The deck is a definite attraction! Enrico was the perfect landlord, available anytime we needed hhim.

Beautiful stay at the centrally located apartment in ferrara. Fantastic terrace to relax and have a spritz and 10 min walk to the centre. Host was lovely and very friendly. Was able to check in earlier than stated and met us at the property and showed us around. Free car parking, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

We stayed there three nights and we have nothing but great momeries from this place. The owner Enrico was very friendly and helpful and showed us around. We would strongly recommend this place to everyone as we truly had a great time visiting Ferrara and living at Enrico`s place.

The property is lovely, situated in a quiet area, but just minutes away from the centre; perfect location. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped, we had everything we needed and the bikes were an added bonus. Enrico was great to communicate with and is a gracious and thoughtful host. We will definitely return :)

We have just spent a really memorable month in Ferrara. Our stay in Casa Giulio was fantastic, and Enrico was such a helpful host, giving us all sorts of tips about the must-see places in and around Ferrara. We got to most, but a month didn’t seem to be enough time! Casa Giulio is extremely comfortable and really well located, just a simple stroll down the lively Vie Saraceno and Mazzini into the heart of town. Plenty of eating options close by and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. We highly recommend a stay.

We had a week in Enrico’s apartment in Ferrara, the location is excellent, very quiet, mainly because Ferrara is a ‘no traffic’ area except for resident cars and bikes. It’s a lovely town, easy to get around without a car, 1/2 walk to the Station. Apartment was ‘as listed’ lovely big bedroom, kitchen good, great to have a washing machine for a longer stay, lounge area would be a bit tight for four adults, ok for kids, and it would have been nice to have just a couple of ‘condiments’ like Olive Oil, and Vinegar, Enrico very helpful with suggestions for restaurants.
