We loved the house. Excellent charm and loved all the space and bedrooms. Nice to be able to walk to town for dinner or morning coffee. We would stay again. One thing we would change, buy a new coffee machine. It was hard to get the pot lined up correctly so it brewed into the pot without leaking. Have to sit and watch it brew to make sure it goes ok. All else was great at the house. Loved our stay!!

The property was as advertised. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all equipment for making and serving meals. WIFI was good. The property was big enough for everyone to be together hanging out and had space for some alone time for those who needed to work. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Five former college housemates who graduated thirty years ago stayed in this house for homecoming weekend. We liked the house a lot. Super convenient to campus and downtown (easy walk to Margaret st and good diner around the corner). No issues with on street parking and neighborhood quiet. Wouldn’t be a good fit for anyone with mobility issues with stairs. Shower tight with old school rod around entire tub. Loved the charm and seasonal decor!

We were in Plattsburgh for 5 nights for a family gathering. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of hot water. Having a clothes washer & dryer was a plus. Neighborhood is quiet. The weather allowed us to open windows and enjoy the fresh lake air.

Perfect for a larger group that wants to spend time together rather than a hotel lobby. Place was clean and well organized. Overall our three night stay was great! So happy…thank you!

The size was good for our group coming in for a wedding. There are actually 5 bedrooms. It was comfortable enough. However, if guests pay a very high price for a cleaning fee, the house needs to be cleaner. The floors needed to be vacuumed and dust mopped. Kitchen and bathroom rugs needed attention. Except for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom garbages still had garbage from other guests including used cond*ms. (YUCK). Most of the glasses in the kitchen needed a run thru the dishwasher. And 1 bed's sheets had many pills and the bedspread had bleach spots. We had plenty of clean towels. There were some mints and snacks provided for us along with shampoo, soaps, coffee, sugar and other staples in the kitchen. So, we are giving a mixed review based on the lack of cleanliness.

This property was nice. Only a couple of issues: exhaust fan in upper bathroom not working and bath needed more thorough cleaning around sink area. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

My children enjoyed the Victorian historical features in this home. The host provided us with everything we might need for our one week stay. It was nice to be able to walk to get coffee or groceries. We explored several local beaches and other cities (Montreal, Burlington) within an hour drive or ferry ride.
