Hilltop Terrace 2 BR,1.5 BA guest apartment 1.5 miles from I-75.

Maryland was such a wonderful host. You can see her thoughtful little touches every where in the apartment. We were only staying there at night while visiting friends and family in the area, but it really would be a great place for a personal retreat or couple's getaway...private, beautiful environment, well-stocked, comfortable and relaxing.

Maryland’s apartment was everything I needed it to be: quiet, clean, comfortable, and the exquisite decor made me feel right at home. I will be back.

We were in town for the Futures Baseball at Lakepoint. This was a great location. We left a few things at home & had to place a quick Amazon order. Maryland was great, she brought the packages & left them at our door while we were at baseball. She was a very gracious & accommodating. We would stay again for sure.

Our stay was amazing, the property was beautiful and well kept. It has plenty of space for all of us and had everything we needed. Maryland went above and beyond while we were there to make our trip comfortable and memorable. She was the sweetest host, was great about communicating and we hope this property is available next time we are in town

We had a fantastic stay at this weekend rental! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. The space was thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing escape.The host was friendly, responsive and provided clear instructions for an effortless entry and exit. We were delighted to have amenities like we would at home. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine after a long day at the ball park was a plus. I would highly recommend this rental, especially if visiting the sports complex.

We enjoyed staying. Everything was just as we expected. Lovely place. Beautiful view of the night sky! That was my favorite place to be! Thank you Maryland for allowing us to stay in your place.

Wife really liked the attention to detail. Lots of mirrors for getting ready in am. Lots of towels. Very clean and new looking items. Had bagels, snacks, coffee, frozen pizzas, they really went the extra mile to make the place more than just a place to sleep.

We went there for a Thanksgiving break and we had a great time! The rental house is very well equipped, super clean and warm. We enjoyed the rooftop as well and our little one loved the playground. We really enjoyed that place. Being far away from a big town in the quiet neighborhood... That's all we needed! The homeowners are super friendly and very nice!! Very nicely done. the host was amazing. we arrived a 8:30 in evening. the door was left unlocked soothing music was playing and the apartment was very inviting. the apartment was well stocked and the attention to detail was the best I have experienced.

Second time here. It is a perfect spot for us to stay in between travel. Owners are very communicative and such a cute place. The rooftop patio is perfect for star gazing.

Maryland was so warm and welcoming. The patio was just perfect. We spent most of our free time relaxing in the lounge chairs. Great stay!

We came to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday with 70 other friends and family. This VRBO was perfect and was exactly as described. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! The rooftop patio was beautiful - we stayed up there visiting through sunset and into a gorgeous starlit night.
