The property and the view across the pond was amazing! Will be staying here again!

Gorgeous location on the “pond” which is really a fair sized lake. Natural setting with wildlife all around. Very quiet. A short drive into Bangor. Uber available as well. Grocery close by with all necessities available, also gas and some take out dining options. Everything you could possibly imagine is available at the accommodation, the host has thought of it and made it available. Communication was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying again in future!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hermon Pond Studio. The apartment was very clean and quiet with a nice view of the pond and all the critters that inhabit or visit it. Sonya is the quintessential host, very kind and knowledgeable, always accessible for any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

The property was easy to find. Close to shopping but also quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The view is absolutely amazing and wildlife is always in eye shot. I dislike giving it 5 stars simply because I'd like to keep it available for myself. LOL I am looking forward to sraying here again

We are so glad that we found this property! The studio is cozy, quiet, and, peaceful. As a surprise bonus, we could watch the sunset over Hermon Pond right outside. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend you did as well.

We loved this property! It was a cute studio, clean, well stocked. It had a nice view of the lake out the kitchen window. I would highly recommend it.

This is a delightful apartment on a peaceful lake. The owner shared her kayaks, and my husband and I listened to birds and bullfrogs and saw an American Eagle on our early paddle. The neighborhood was in full bloom (mid-June). The apartment is airy and sunny and feels new (just watch your head when your near the corners!). We were able to park a few feet from the door. The owner is helpful, but doesn’t hover. Our best rental ever!

The Hermon Pond Studio is a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. The location and scenery is absolutely breathtaking. An all around awesome place to stay. Will definitely stay there again on next trip to Maine.

We had the most incredible weekend at Hermon Pond! The property is lovely and Sonya is the perfect host I hope to go back soon! Highly recommend

Our stay was so fun. The unit was super clean, and had everything we need plus some. There is no stove or oven, but the owner provides a toaster oven, and two portable electric burners. The owner includes use of a canoe and two kayaks for going out on the lake. We took the canoe out, and had so much fun. When we got back we hung out outside and watched the sunset. There is also a fire pit with wood provided.We were able to talk to the owner a couple times. She was really nice, and she gave us some advice about things we should do around the area. We had absolutely zero issues during our stay, and I would definitely stay here again. 12 out of 10.

The place is everything as described----and more. I was there for only 15 or so hours but it is such a beautiful and peaceful place, awash in beauty and nature, if felt like a whole restful vacation. I was in Bangor for a work training and arrived at 6am rested, inspired, and ready to go. The bed is perfect. the sectional is comfortable, Wifi top-rate. Kitchen has everything you need. Sonya is a superb host and has anticipated your every need, including sunblock and insect spray in case you forgot yours (I did!) I will long remember listening to the loon calls as I fell asleep.

It was excellent. Sonya was amazing and very accommodating Very quiet location right on beautiful Hermon Pond. The weather was out of our control, but plan on going again.This is very nice for a couple that just want to get away.Thank you Sonya, you are best.

Excellent host! Responded to all inquiries quickly. Small studio with views of pond in back yard. Small but very comfortable, clean and quiet.

We loved our 2 night stay at this studio. The studio was clean especially the bathroom! We are very particular about bathrooms so this is a five star! :) we had a relaxing stay just by looking at the pond and before we go I got to enjoy the swing there while looking at nature. If we ever go back to Maine, will definitely book this again.

Had the best time here. The studio was clean and had everything we needed. The views looking onto the lake were beautiful. Sonya was so welcoming, friendly and made our check in so easy. Safe to say we will be coming back for our next visit up north!

Herman Pond is a beautiful, relaxing location for enjoying nature and all the Bangor area has to offer. Sonia is a wonderful host, and the garage apartment was just right for my husband and me.

Everything was just perfect!!! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this place - very quick, jam packed trip! Host was awesome!
