Stayed Mar 6, 2025They sell the rooms and there is nobody there to accommodate the guests. I had to go somewhere else at 2:00 am. Such a shame !!! Never step there again, save to yourself some trouble.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025This is not a viable listing. We were confirmed for this listing by VRBO and our payment was accepted. We were not able to get check-in instructions from the host. We were not able to find lodging in Clearwater on this date so it was quite inconvenient. VRBO is refunding our money.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025We showed up at check in time and it was a ghost town! Owners did not answer the phone. Very disappointing!! VRBO was quick to refund our money though!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Somehow, the primitive VRBO software allowed this property to be double booked, so we did not get to have our stay. It ruined a birthday weekend after a 90 minute drive. This could have been avoided, but the host failed to inform us of the double booking, which they should have known of three days earlier.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Hosts never gave me instructions and went silent when I arrived from half way across the country. Was forced to stay at a new hotel downtown instead of on Clearwater Beach, which was the whole point of hte trip, at a much more expensive location. Also the place looked like a rat hole with sketchy people hanging around. Would NOT recommend. Stay far, far away.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Starting off we made our reservations 3 months in advance, heard nothing from the host until the check in time no matter how many times we messaged and called the host contact information. When we arrived to check in, we were told that there was a double booking and that we were not able to stay at the location even though we had a confirmation number, receipt, and had talked to VRBO customer support. Was put through the ringer trying to find a new place to stay with VRBO customer support after the check in time to which they were extremely helpful and took care of us (provided us with a refund and reimbursement). If I could, I would give this place zero stars so DO NOT STAY HERE OR EVEN GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY, TOTAL SCAM!
