Stayed Apr 4, 2025This slice of heaven was the perfect retreat for the weekend. We were in Prescott for a state gymnastics competition. This unique property was tucked away but only a short distance to the town. Happy was very nice. We loved meeting him. The bed was extremely comfortable which is a huge plus. So many times the beds are lacking in the places I’ve stayed. It was nice to unwind after all the nerves from competition. Thank you! We will be back

Stayed Jul 29, 2025Clean quiet room in an amazing location. Property itself was bit cluttered but a 2 minute walk and on to amazing views, hikes, rides, etc.

Stayed Oct 27, 2022The Sunrise Studio was perfect for what I needed. A comfortable bed, beautifully clean, spacious enough for me… and would be good for 2 adults , as well. It would be nice if the furniture was more oriented to the windows and the views, but I understand why it is arranged as it is. The trails in the area are some of my favourites, and they are easy to get to… Please consider providing tea towels and a teapot (not just a kettle) for those of us who are likely to spend most of our time closer to home. I really enjoyed my stay.
