Heart of Town | 10 Min to Skiing | Locals Favorite

It was very clean, new sheets, lots of towels, paper towels and etc, coffee and coffee cups(!), different kind of tea, sugar(!), ice(!), a big nice refregirator. Parking was uncomfortable

What a surprise to find this spacious and well equipped rental in downtown Nederland. Loved the location and spa quality linens. Immaculate!

We had an enjoyable stay. The location of the apartment was ideal, even though the town of Nederland isn't that big. The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were great. Modern with all of the amenities included. The owners are extremely responsive which was also a definite plus. Our only suggestion would be to put a thicker pad/mattress on the single bed. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

With limited places to stay in Nederland, this is a great location close to restaurants and grocery store. Parking was a little challenging but doable. 4th sleeping area is a pull out couch. Kitchen was well supplied, lots of nice towels readily available, very clean and updated Management was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Stayed here so our teenage boys could snowboard at Eldora which was conveniently 10 min away. Also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and would stay again.

My family and I rented this apartment for a local ski get away. It was wonderful! A quiet place to rest and close to restaurants for evening fun. Especially close to Eldora which made for easy mornings up the mountain!

Just stayed here during my son's spring break for 3 nights so he could ski Niederland. Location is perfect, the unit was very clean and the property managers are excellent and responsive. A few issues. There are 2 bedrooms, but there was no privacy for the second bedroom so it was a bit more challenging with my friend staying who was also skiing with us. Wish I had known that ahead of time since we wanted a two bedroom unit. The main bedroom has privacy but with my son on the couch, was a bit more challenging. Also, the wifi is very spotty! One other issue early which the property managers were great at dealing with - it's a bottom unit and the walls are thing and the people above us were super noisy until late. I mentioned this to the property managers and it wasn't an issue the other two nights. Overall, I definitely recommend the unit and the property managers are easy, nice and responsive. Just worth mentioning a few of the items that weren't as ideal. The location is great. (the main parking space is a bit challenging to pull out of but not a huge deal). Checkout was super easy and as good as I've experienced doing a VRBO.

10 minutes to ski Eldora, 30 mins to Boulder and walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Very clean, stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, great communication with the host. No complaints.
