Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.

A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

    Our stay was great! Traveling with an 8 month can be difficult, having access to a pack n play and a nice area for the infant to roam was a great perk. Location of the UTA tram was ideal for traveling downtown as it is within the free zone. We would definitely stay with AM group again.

    The property was clean and well stocked. Rooms were just as pictured. Great mountain views from the kitchen, dining area, and one bedroom. There is a large homeless population in the immediate area, so not the safest neighborhood to walk around.

    We stay in SLC 2-4 times per year to visit our daughter at The U and this is one of my favorite properties that we have stayed at. The building is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants and pretty close to the U. The building is great and the secured parking is a definite plus given the current state of the homeless situation in SLC. The property is modern and beautiful and has lots of amenities in the building if you care to use them. The furnishings in the unit were perfect for the space and they had plenty of the things that are normally needed like toilet paper and coffee. I would definitely recommend this property!

    We only stayed for a couple of nights. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of beds. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub are right outside your window. The area seems to be up and coming. But we were able to walk to most places we needed to get to.
