Stylish 3 storey apartment in the recently converted Elms building, it is finished to a high standard with beautiful kitchen, stunning sitting and dining area, huge windows and great views. It is bright with three spacious bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite.
It's light and airy, spacious and perfect for friends and family.
Enter via steps to the external front door, once inside there is the family bathroom, a bedroom and kitchen dining area on the first floor. The bedroom on this floor can be made as a twin or a king.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, washer/dryer,Nepresso coffee machine. The dining table seats six.
Head up a floor and there is a good sized living room with doors that open out to overlook Trewyn Gardens, the harbour and beyond.
Head up to the second floor and there are two double bedrooms in the eaves with ensuites. They have areas with limited head space but great views and are full of character.
2 The Elms has an onsite parking space in a car port. It is possible to fit two cars one behind the other providing the cars are not excessively long.
We use a keysafe system and send out details prior to arrival. We're on hand if you need us!
We're on the phone, emails and have a site full of information. We may also pop round to check everythings ok, but we never want to interfere with your holiday. In essence, feel free to tap into our local knowledge we'll happily share it!
The property is located a few seconds away from the heart of town. Set back overlooking Trewyn gardens it is away from the hustle and bustle but restaurants, pubs and shops are literally a few seconds away.
The beaches are a 5 minute walk away.
St Ives as a town is well renowned in many circles, from artists to surfers and those who love a good English seaside holiday!
The water is crystal clear, the light is stunning, sunsets burst through and the art galleries are a real highlight, especially Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Museum.
All in all it's a delightful place to be 365 days of the year.
We're a 5 minute walk to the train station and bus station. Public transport is ok from here with the trainline joining the mainline at St Erth. The bus routes are pretty good to.
The property has the amazing bonus of a car parking space, a rare and valuable commodity in St Ives!
When the Juliette balcony doors are open we strongly recommend any children are constantly supervised.
Very central location in St Ives and ideal for all of the beaches, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Car Parking is a real bonus and makes a difference. Being central, it can be a little noisy in the evenings, but it is very handy and a super place to be able to relax, enjoy the views, and explore this great part of the world. Thank you!
