The Space:

The Hall of Fame pairs a boutique-hotel feel with the comfort of a private home. Located on the third floor with exterior stair access (no elevator), it features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space where your group can gather between adventures. Each of the two bedrooms offers a comfortable king bed, and the living room includes a full sofa bed for additional guests, plus two full bathrooms to make getting ready simple before a night out on Broadway or a day exploring Belmont, Vanderbilt, and Music Row. Last but not least, enjoy the private balcony overlooking Belmont University, or listen to a record from the owner's curated collection.

Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.

This condo is located on the third floor and is only accessible via exterior stairs; there is no elevator in this building. Guests should be comfortable using stairs for both arrival and daily access to the unit.



★ Urban Setting Notice★

The building is located at a major intersection in the West End. While the condo is well-insulated, you may occasionally hear city sounds such as traffic or emergency sirens, especially during peak hours.



★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



★Supplies & Essentials★

We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



★Families & Baby Gear★

    My adult daughters and I stayed for less than 48 hours. We found the place to be very clean and comfortable. Great communication with manager. The only issue was the traffic noice outside of the main bedroom window. Small price to pay for the great location. I used the sound machine that was provided the second night and it did help to drown out some street noise. Would still highly recommend.

    Visited for a long weekend to attend a family wedding reception. The pictures of the unit accurately represent the property. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of parking. Note that this unit is on the third floor with no elevator. Not an issue for us though. The street adjacent to the property is busy during rush hour and does make the unit noisy during those times. No issues at night though. Great place to stay. Clean and feels secure.
