Each of the two bedrooms offers a comfortable king bed, and the living room includes a full sofa bed for additional guests, plus two full bathrooms to make getting ready simple before a night out on Broadway or a day exploring Belmont, Vanderbilt, and Music Row. Last but not least, enjoy the private balcony overlooking Belmont University, or listen to a record from the owner's curated collection.

This condo is located on the third floor and is only accessible via exterior stairs; there is no elevator in this building. Guests should be comfortable using stairs for both arrival and daily access to the unit.



★ Urban Setting Notice★

The building is located at a major intersection in the West End. While the condo is well-insulated, you may occasionally hear city sounds such as traffic or emergency sirens, especially during peak hours.



★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



★Supplies & Essentials★

We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



★Families & Baby Gear★
