Isabella was a wonderful host; checked in with me to confirm everything was going well or if I needed anything and so quick to respond to any questions. Property was exactly as described in this fun, vibrant neighborhood with more dining and shopping options than I could list! Thank you for an easy stay!

The property listing was very misleading, it claimed there was a fully stocked kitchen, but was missing any form of actual cooking utensils such as knives, a can opener or even a strainer. The place was more run down than in the pictures and looked marginally different. The wifi didn't work for our whole stay, and the check in was not a fun experience, I didn't get the check in stuff until we were supposed to check in. Some of the dishes were not clean well and I could see some dirty spots on them. Not to mention the place was super hot on a day with blistering heat, we had to run the AC for a while to get it to cool down. Also beware of a long stair climb, especially in the heat. Not all was bad however, the beds were comfy, and the TV worked, and the shower was nice and had solid water pressure. Parking wasn't too bad, it was mostly easy to find and a pretty safe area to park.

Overall if you’re looking for a place close to the convention center you get that here. Parking in the back is super tight so you’ll need to have a car not a truck. Ran out of the one roll of supplied toilet paper with no response from management about if there was more anywhere. WiFi was super spotty and not good at all.

Older property but spacious and great location to Short North events

This is a great little apartment equipped with everything we needed for our conference stay. A short walk to the Convention Center (10 min or less) and restaurants and night life. There are two flights of stairs and no elevator but easy to manage if you have average fitness. We had some issues with Wi-Fi that were addressed promptly by the host. I would stay here again.

The listing for the property states cable/satellite . There is not cable or satellite. There was no cable box or satellite . There was no visible coax cable that would come from “cable or satellite” . Totally false listing . The listing also states smart tv . There is no smart tv it is a Roku tv . Roku and smart tv are not the same . On this Roku tv there are no usable live tv apps . Live tv should not be a struggle or a call for help it should be automatically functional . I am expecting some type of refund . I booked a stay and did not receive what was stated in the listing . The manager also stated that it was my fault they couldn’t get it resolved .

Exactly as described. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Right in the middle of downtown Columbus!

The property was located in a great location to walk to and from the convention center. There were several eateries, local bars, and shopping. A few downsides. The property needs updates and hidden fees after booking. I will be sure to ask questions next time before booking through app. But the host communicated instructions clearly and besides the comments above the stay was pleasant.

The property is in a building that needs some significant improvements. The entry opens to a dirty staircase that is narrow and steep. It is the first of 2. There is no elevator. Each floor of the property has 4 apartments. We were on the 2nd floor. The inside of the property was mostly as described and would have been acceptable for a short stay had it not been for the building itself, the parking lot behind the building, and the location next to an alley. There was much car noise and people traffic from about 10 pm - 3am that negatively impacted sleep. The alley, which is narrow, is quite heavily traveled. In addition, the loiters in the parking lot created an unsafe atmosphere, especially after sunset. There was evidence that one car in the parking lot had at least one window broken out. Fortunately, neither of our cars were harmed. Communication with the host was fine and proximity to the restaurants and shopping was very convenient. We actually left 1 night early due to concerns about our safety and the safety of our cars.

It did not mention stairs and we did not even stay at the property due to the stairs.

You might want to add the 3rd floor walk up in your description. It's a climb for some people. We were fine - but some would not be able to do it. Parking is limited to 5 cars - I paid for 2 cars but there was no room- so I paid in the public garage across the street. bummer You might want to sit down and gather some notes about where things are around the apartment (there are many really cool places to eat and have adult beverages) , how to get the TV to work (I just gave up), where parking is (if there is a spot)
