This charming 70 m² ground-floor property is a welcoming retreat, perfect for a relaxing stay in the city.

The open-concept layout combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a comfortable and social space. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sitting space to unwind, watch TV, or share a meal at the dining table.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for cooking and enjoying meals together, including cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For added convenience, there’s also a washing machine.

The stylishly decorated main bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning, and ample storage space. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe for easy storage.

The bathroom provides all the essentials for a refreshing stay, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy the barbecue. Guests can also access fantastic shared amenities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, and children’s playground. Beautiful beaches are just a short walk across the street, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both relaxation and seaside charm.

Apúlia, a scenic coastal town in northern Portugal, is celebrated for its sandy beaches, charming windmills, and relaxed vibe. Located in the Esposende region, its beaches are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, with the unique backdrop of traditional fishing boats and rustic windmills.

Beyond the beach, Apúlia offers a taste of local Portuguese culture, especially through its seafood-rich cuisine, featuring fresh fish and traditional stews. Visitors can explore historic churches and enjoy peaceful nature trails, making Apúlia a perfect spot for a serene getaway by the sea.

The property is easily accessible by car, although no public transportation is nearby.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

    This complex has it all - proximity to the beach (unfortunately, I was there during mid-December), but it has an outdoor pool, and indoor heated pool and exercise equipment. It is a new project so people are only starting to move in and it will get more occupied as time goes on so I was lucky to be there now. The first floor flat was more than adequate and the kitchen worked well. I'll be back for certain!
